The soup I ordered had obvious signs of using substandard ingredients, including the taste of cloves, which was not even noted as part of the soup on the menu. The grilled fish was also tasteless and undercooked. As a result, we didn't even finish these dishes, as they were disgusting.
In addition, I would like to draw your attention to the condition of the dishes - the plates were clearly dirty, which indicates non-compliance with sanitation standards. The photos I took look aesthetically pleasing, but the actual look of the food was puzzling.
Despite the quite normal behavior of the staff, who offered compensation in the amount of 4 euros, this cannot be considered adequate compensation for such a low quality of services provided. Obviously, this money did not even cover the cost of one dish.
I ask you to conduct a thorough check of your restaurant's operation and take all necessary measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
Very tasty dishes, a great place, high-quality service. It was a pleasure to spend time in this restaurant. Very nice view. The dishes were served quickly, were hot and insanely delicious.

During the rest we visited this fish restaurant twice and both times - a complete delight! Delicious hearty and large dishes that do not leave anyone indifferent. A large selection of a wide variety of seafood for every taste and food preferences. Yes, the price tag is expected to be too high, but on vacation you can afford and you need to pamper yourself with delicious food in every possible way.
Before the campaign, we read the reviews and were extremely alarmed, but it's good that none of what we read here happened to us.

They were seated at a table immediately, without delay, there was no queue at the entrance, as visitors were quickly distributed to free tables without reservation. The waiter comes right up for the first time and, surprisingly, despite the large landing, the dishes are served quickly (20-25 minutes). The only difficulty is to catch your waiter again if you need to order something, as they quickly move around the room and pass information to each other. We tried plateaus, seafood, salads, and rolls - large portions and everything is very tasty! For those who do not like seafood, there are familiar dishes in the form of burgers, pasta, pizza, etc. A large wine and bar list.
From personal preferences, I do not recommend deep-frying, since there is always a lot of butter and batter in it, but there was a fairly thin layer of sprinkling, but it is still better to take grilled dishes.
The dinner was a great success. It was delicious and satisfying!

Everything is put not on quality, but on quantity. The service is at zero. We waited 1.5 hours for our order!!!!! Our table was number 108) Maybe the number is not a happy one)) We have already drunk a bottle of wine)) And they didn't bring any snacks or hot food!! After I contacted the administrator, the order was delivered to us. By the way, the receptionist girl also gave the impression of a vacationer, not a working person)) He is sitting at a table with a friend chatting, then smoking a hookah😀I wonder if the owner knows about this. For these hour and a half, I reassured myself that the dishes would probably be awesome. But no, they were ordinary. And yet, it's dirty around the table, there are cigarette butts in the flower bed that haven't been cleaned for a long time. What I want to say is that there are many other very decent fish restaurants in the area, where we went on the rest of our vacation. But don't set foot here. And I don't advise you! I give two stars- one for the location, and the second to the cleaner in the WC, this is the only person who worked his shift honestly😊
It is too advertised, visited on 07/25/2021, a lot of people, you need to book seats in advance, or sit anywhere. The prices are high, some dishes are really tasty and good, while others are just tin, you can find the same in any nearby tavern, where there will be a more secluded atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is constantly running around, it is very difficult to get through to them, the dishes were taken out in a relatively short waiting time.
I strongly advise against advertising tour operator guides. About booking for 3 weeks in advance, about a very tasty and budget fish meze, and when booking and paying through a tour operator's guide, a drink as a gift (it's not worth it)... a rare filth fish meze ... for pleasure, 20-25% of the whole set is edible, i.e. paying 50 euros + paying 10 extra for 2 drinks, the dinner goes off budget. Meze, apparently, is a dish for people with a strong stomach, because it still turns out to be a mess. There is a conveyor belt, the tables are very crowded, the desire to sit does not arise at all. People, as I understand it, according to the booking of tour operators, they are crammed in.... We went to the restaurant about 2 hours before the booking time - there is almost no one there. At least we took a walk around the port and the city, otherwise it's really a pity to spend money on a taxi for this restaurant. Perhaps the dishes on the menu, rather than meze, are better and tastier, and the attitude towards customers without reservations from tour operators is different, but I don't want to experiment anymore here.
Yesterday, 06/26/2021, we went to the fashionable one, everyone! the advertised restaurant Vassos (Psarolimano) in the bay of Ayia Napa. He has been working without breaks and weekends since 1962. We signed up for 1 day, but we still didn't get a table on Saturday on line 1, although when we arrived at the time, at 19:00, the first line was completely free.

Ordered fish meze, order at least 2 pieces for 25 euros, consists of 4 servings: cold appetizers, starters, deep fried and grilled. Everything was brought almost at the same time, i.e. while they were warming up with starters, the hot stuff had already cooled down. Everything seemed to be on the menu, but when it was brought, no one told what it was: salmon, shrimp, king prawns, octopuses, anchovies, mullet, smelt, bream or perch, mussels. It tastes so-so.
None of this pleased me.

We came on a recommendation. As a result, expectations did not match reality. We ordered meze (supposedly a business card of the restaurant), as a result, everything is not delicious. It's just not tasty! How can I cook like that in a fish restaurant? How can you manage to ruin everything: mussels, shrimp, octopus, fish? It seems that they are made from low-quality products. When I was at the next table, a man complained to the waiter about the fish with a smell! As a result, they left without waiting for a replacement dish to be brought to them.
There are a lot of waiters, but they do not monitor whether the guests need to replace the plate, bring napkins, remove from the table until you pay attention to it. Bottom line: the restaurant is highly overrated, the kitchen is 2, the service is 4, the location is 5. I do not recommend it, there are places where you can eat cheaper and tastier.
