I worked here, employees are not appreciated, half a shift is on sick leave, you work for two or three, the products are terrible, the guards are running around the shop, everyone is trying to catch someone and deprive them of bonuses, they don't give days off. The wage system is such that after one flight, God grant you will have at least half a PO, an average salary of 370r and the rest of the bonus (800-900 rubles), you are caught with something, 100 percent of the bonus is removed, and you have worked 18 shifts a month for 380r (roughly speaking, thank you). Now we have done 3 shifts, it is absolutely impossible to work, you burn out from them very quickly.
