The best beach in Ayia Napa, waves are rare (although there are waves and wind on neighboring beaches) in windy weather, you are hidden from the wind. The beach is located like in a bay. There are sun beds for € 2.5, but there is also enough space to lie on a towel.

This beautiful beach is located 400 meters east of the usually crowded Nissi Beach.
Vathia Gonia Beach is a beach with a natural rocky bay covered with fine golden sand and calm crystal clear water without headwinds.
Facilities on the beach include changing rooms and toilets, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports facilities. Visitors can find many restaurants and bars in the area, as well as accommodation. Other amenities include Seatrac, an innovative system that provides full access to the sea for the disabled.
Lifeguards with rescue equipment and first aid services are on the beach from April to October from 09:00 to 17:0 to 18:00.

We really liked it and the beach is great! we were without a child, now we are considering a hotel there with a child to go to this beach! perfect for families with kids! and yes- we were in September 2021- there was no construction anymore, the finishing was only inside, so everything is cool.1 and quiet))

In Cyprus, the beaches are all worthy of 5. Somewhere -5, somewhere +5!))) Only everything is paid! An umbrella of 2.5 euros and a sunbed of 2.5 euros for the whole day. But you can spread a towel on the sand and drag yourself on the warm sand!)))

A nice beach, a closed bay with crystal clear water, WiFi is also provided when renting umbrellas and sun beds. The entry into the sea is smooth. The only drawback is the construction site on the shore, spoils the landscape, but does not create smells and noise now.
