I liked the hotel. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are slippers. Very comfortable beds. French balcony. It's warm in the room. We lived on the 6th floor, which was reached by elevator. The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Nice and quiet hotel, located on a quiet street (seemingly not attractive but safe), near Galata Tower, Salt Gallery, Kamondo stairs, 2 metro stations - Haliç and şişane, Galata bridge and Karakey pier. Everything is within walking distance, the hotel staff is polite and always ready to help. I've been here 2 times and I'll come again
We went in November 2024. The weather was +15
Pros: the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. At first, instead of hot water, it was barely warm, I thought it would run and be normal, but not)), at night they asked the administrator to turn on the hot one, an hour of torment and hooray))) then there was hot water all week at any time! The WiFi is working.
Cons: there are no bathrobes, it says 30 on the temperature sensor in the room, but this is a hoax, there is no such temperature in the room, rather 22-25, fresh, slept under two thin blankets
For your money - a great place to stay overnight. Cleaned every day on request. The plumbing is fresh, clean. The reception staff is very friendly and friendly. In the lobby you can take free apples, very nice) There is an elevator, a number on a key card. The room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle with cups, tea and sugar, hairdryer, slippers. The view is certainly so-so, but I didn't stay there for the sake of appearance. All the sights, metro and cafes are at hand. I have never regretted that I chose this hotel
The hotel is just awesome. The most wonderful thing is the location, it is a few steps from the metro, buses, tourist spots, anything. In addition, the price is several times lower than any other hotel in the area, but this is certainly not for nothing. The hotel is located in a slightly strange area, between lamp and lamp shops, where tourists usually do not set foot. It's quite crowded during the day, at night it's absolutely quiet and empty (on weekdays, I don't know how on weekends), only garbage is lying on the road. The guys at the reception were friendly, helped to connect to Wi-Fi (by the way, it worked well, there were no lags), told where to go if something was missing in the room, they provided it without problems - we asked for hangers and an additional towel. The room itself is clean, the bed is soft, but no frills. There is air conditioning, large mirror, safe, wardrobe. They clean every day, and all our linen was changed, and even we left the hotel after the cleaning time had passed, we were cleaned anyway. They give hand soap and shower gel, no shampoos were noticed. The water pressure is excellent, hot water is present. As a result, if you do not need any super amenities in the room, you do not mind that there is no fountain with a garden outside the hotel, but hard workers, then you will be just awesome. I was thrilled, but my boyfriend didn't really like it. The main complaints are that there are few hangers, I did not like the shower gel, there is little space.
And, well, even when we were walking from the subway for the first time, of course I was blown away by the height differences - then you go downhill, then you almost roll downhill, but this is the trick of the whole city as it turned out.
Nice hotel!!
Friendly staff who knows English. A comfortable room. I took on one. There is air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, kettle. Shampoo, toothpaste are not provided, be careful.
Yes, there are small traces of past guests, but I noticed these traces after a couple of days of staying in the room.
I will leave a review for my compatriots.
I sincerely recommend this hotel, yes it is not "all inclusive", but it is quiet, clean, cheap, polite and very close to the center
For its price, a good hotel, the staff speaks English and a little Russian, globally excellent location, near the metro and tram, locally there is some kind of devastation around.
In general, I can safely recommend it, but it is worth noting that in April it was cool in the rooms.
Excellent hotel, everything you need in the room is there, accessibility to the metro, Galata tower and Galata Bridge, rooms are cleaned, Wi-Fi is on the level
I recommend it!

An excellent hotel in the heart of the European part of Istanbul, the decoration is certainly not a fountain, but the price and location are captivating. Besides, we only slept in the hotel, the rest of the time we walked around Istanbul.
A good place in a super location.
I don't quite understand the reviews with 1 and 2 stars. After reading them, I really doubted that it was worth going to a hotel that had very good reviews on the Booking. We took a chance and did not regret it.
This hotel is very good for its money. Shower gel, shampoo and even slippers will be brought to you. Water is added every day.
The room is small, but clean, decent and very conveniently located.
There are disadvantages with cleaning – without a request, they will just take out the trash and that's it, but if you ask, they can clean up and vacuum.
In short: for the money we paid, this is an ideal option in its price range.
Small but cozy rooms, an interesting area next to the Galata Tower, water is put on every day, garbage is removed, poor noise insulation is among the disadvantages, you can hear how lights or water are turned on in neighboring rooms, the smell of concrete that disappears after turning on the air conditioner, there are a lot of electrics shops and very few grocery stores near the hotel)
There is a friendly staff
Mr. Sezer, the manager, is a different good person

You can take my word for it, I've been to many cities around the world, and I've traveled a lot around our vast…But I have never seen such a divorce before.
First of all, since there will be a lot of letters, I will immediately warn you not to take pictures of the hotel, because they are the most successful thing that happened to the owners of this hole. The hotel attracts guests with two things: the distance from Mosques and the dumped price compared to similar offers. Believe me, all this is not a plus of this place.
The hotel itself is located on a dirty street in a neighborhood with electrical goods stores, where they do not know what an urn is, and in the evenings you will be accompanied by nice guys who have crossed the sea from the African continent. Perhaps this company should please more, because the neighborhood itself, it turns out, was recently a red light district.
There are nice polite guys working inside the hotel (Who, by the way, are not to blame for the fact that the hotel is such a bottom).
Upon check-in, you will most likely be offered an unwashed toilet with a defective sticker, and there will be crumbs and someone's curly hair in the bed. The attitude to cleaning here is exactly at this level. I had to buy a spray sanitizer and handle everything myself. The towels will smell like bleach in a unique way. Due to the newfangled and the concept of a hotel with completely leaky baths, the room will be damp, black mold is visible at the joints. The audibility is such that you wake up to the sound of a neighbor's need through the wall.
The TV was broken in one of the rooms, and in the one that worked, you could only watch Turkish talk shows. The closet door fell off. Where the TV was working, the refrigerator was not working.
Having moved from one room to another twice, in the evening, when the "do not disturb" button was pressed, someone persistently pulled the handle and tried to open the door. When checking, he quickly retreated to the stairs.
I remind you, after reading this, that in the opinion of hoteliers, this place pulls in 4 (FOUR!!!), Karl, stars.
Do not try to stay in this place, especially if you are traveling with a child. I left here quickly. By the way, I fixed the closet door myself.
Look, this is just a horror... I'll start with the fact that there is a nightclub right next to it and the bass is just terrible all night. This is with the window closed!
Got nothing. No shampoo, no soap, no phone....
The hotel is located among small dark dirty streets, such as youth ones... In general, the hotel is in complete decline, I do not advise, do not be fooled by the price.
