The building is good, the location is not bad either. There is a swimming pool, a gym, but the rooms themselves are terrible. It's unpleasant even to enter. Dim lights, stripped furniture, and so on. I didn't stay there. I found another hotel, besides the price is not very cheap.

There are problems with sewerage in this building, it smells very much from the drain in the shower, problems with hot water all the time. It is very hot in the apartment on the sunny side, the temperature rose to 28 degrees even in winter. The pool was closed for six months. A very high idat for such a dubious service.
