The staff could use a customer service course to start with. Well, or at least basic politeness courses. Instead of saying "Sorry, we don't provide such services", "sorry, sanctions", the consultant tries his best to show his importance by making a potential client look like a fool. And this is despite the fact that they simply accept equipment for repair. They don't even fix it. It's just being sent to Minsk. In general, the staff is so-so. Definitely not a foot there anymore)))
