Many thanks to Alexander and his agency. In such a difficult moment, when support and help are needed, the agency simply showed a high level of professionalism. We said goodbye to my mom this week. It was necessary to pick her up from Minsk and take her to Smorgon. Everything was clear and understandable. The guys took over all the preparation. Mom was beautifully prepared, makeup, clothes. Funeral service in the church, followed by a funeral at the village cemetery, a memorial table. We didn't have to worry about anything. There was invisible support from every employee who participated in the organization. The guys are really professionals with a capital letter.
Thank you for giving me a helping hand at such a difficult moment in my life.

I would like to express my great gratitude from our whole family to the ritual agency "Eternity". I am writing a review 2.5 years after the tragedy in our family, when emotions subsided a little. Alexander Razmyslovich was with us from the first minutes of our loss. The role of his sincere support was invaluable to my loved ones in the very first, shocking, acute moment, while we were still traveling for hours from different cities to gather the whole family. Alexander and his team took care of all the questions, for which we were very grateful. We just couldn't think at that moment and decide something there.
The funeral was over. The level of professionalism of the agency impressed me very much. And now I understand that it was a man like Alexander who was absolutely necessary for us. I still don't know how, but he was the only one who could somehow calm us down. At such moments, his support was simply invaluable.
When it was time to erect the monument, we turned to Alexander again. And again, he solved all our issues at the highest level. For three different emotional women, the choice of a monument seemed incomprehensible. Alexander helped us decide on everything, and suggested from the bottom of his heart how it would be better. I was delighted with the work of the agency's team. The guys have worked out everything to the smallest detail. And so, when the monument was erected, they sent me a photo, looking at which I was very happy with the result.
However, I managed to see the result live only yesterday. 10 months after installation. What I saw was exactly what prompted me to remember everything we went through and write this review. I remembered when we doubted our choice, Alexander's words: "Don't worry, it will be beautiful." And so it turned out. It's very beautiful! It's better than we imagined! There is simply no limit to my delight! The work has been done superbly!
Alexander, thank you so much from our whole family. We were depressed, we didn't always behave adequately, we were moody, but you coped with us. You and your team are true professionals in your field! We are grateful to you from the bottom of our hearts!
God forbid, of course, to contact you, but we are incredibly glad that you were with us from the beginning to the very end.

A very decent company. In the city of Smorgon, the head knows all the nuances and suggests if necessary. He gets in touch even at night. I am well aware of all the issues related not only to burial, but also in related matters. If there are any questions that are not directly related to their activities, they still help, or at least tell you where and how to contact. I had to apply directly because of the death of a loved one. During the entire preparation for the funeral and the process itself, we had to call the organizer a maximum of 3-4 times, because initially all the questions were discussed and explained (after the first communication, the whole process became clear, how and what would happen, for what services where and to whom we should pay). If controversial issues arose, they were resolved literally within 30 minutes. Therefore, I am very grateful, first of all, for humanity and understanding.
