What was packed by the manufacturer itself is packed well and the whole arrived, what is packed without branded packaging by the tyap-lap store. They replied that the dent does not affect the operation. In response to the claim about the negligent packaging of the goods, they offered to send another glass, of which they have already ordered more than enough.
