A cozy place, good-natured staff, good coaches. In addition to yoga classes (fly, hatha, acro, steam, vocal...) in Vedalife, you can attend numerous master classes and just drink delicious tea with natural sweets. ^^

I have been looking for a studio in Kharkov for a long time, where yoga classes will be taught, and not just people who have completed courses and received a certificate :) After training, I feel great, I notice a surge of strength and general improvement in well-being. At the same time, I regularly go to classes for only three months twice a week, but I am satisfied with the result. There are also various workshops and meetings in the studio, you can come for a massage. In general, I recommend it!

I am delighted with the acroyoga classes! Although acro master classes last up to 4 hours, I want more and more.)) Already at the first training session, asanas turned out that I never thought to master at all, looking at the photos.
Fly yoga is also a great practice! )
I love this studio for taking care of clients. When there were misunderstandings, the administrator and the coach met them halfway.
