Drinking kelle trotter soup at Vedat Tripe is literally a feast of taste! With each sip, those intense and rich flavors are combined with expertly blended spices. The consistency of the scalp is neither too dense nor light; exactly as it should be. A soup that warms up, gives energy, especially in cold weather. I haven't encountered such an indifferent and harsh attitude, don't get me wrong, I've been there 5-6 times, I buy ready-made soup from the only soup shop in the vicinity, I won't go again.
