I am very pleased that the choice fell on this guest house! According to the conditions, everything fully corresponds to the description of the hostess. A wonderful atmosphere in the house, a cozy courtyard, with tangerines, oranges, persimmons and lemons ripe at the time of our arrival. We called this place "tangerine paradise". Despite the fact that the month of November, the weather in Sukhumi was excellent, everything was bright in autumn, we saw everything that we planned. We had a rest with our son visiting the beautiful Katerina. Only positive impressions and emotions remained! Katya is a very sincere girl, an attentive hostess! The house has everything you need, clean, cozy, original. You can cook in the kitchen yourself - there are shops nearby where you can buy groceries, or there is in the dining room, which is also nearby. It is very close to the sea (min 7 and on the beach). Beaches are also suitable for every taste - both wild and modern. We were completely satisfied with the rest! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

I really liked the house! Surrounded by greenery and flowers, the best beach of Marnero is 20-25 minutes away, through Sinop Park, surrounded by greenery. The house has everything you need - a good bed, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, breakfast food, cereals and other small things for a comfortable stay. Ekaterina is a friendly hostess, helps in everything, it feels like she went to visit a friend!

I really liked the atmosphere in the house, it's nice to be, cozy, the good taste of the hostess Ekaterina is felt in the design and details. Cleanly, mentally, the children are delighted too! A wonderful garden and a good location - even to the sea, even to the mountains. We were surprised by the bamboo thickets in the vicinity, and in addition to fruits, sage grows in the garden)

A good vegan house by itself and the hostess Katyushka. Everything is cozy, comfortable, it's not the season yet, there are few people, it was important for me. The hot sun warmed the bones, the mountain water burned with coolness, the mountain, at 305m above sea level, beckoned, 5 hours of relaxation and other trips. I will start with positive emotions.
Yes, Katerina is really an open, caring person, ready to give tea with goodies, give out an extra blanket if necessary, put an additional heater. Her daughter is also a very open and generous, talented girl.
That's where the advantages end.
Katya herself lives in the house with her daughter and in fact is engaged in subletting. The house is unrealistically dirty, it gives the feeling that they are cleaned there no more than once or twice a year, and this is at best! All the walls are covered in cobwebs, there is a thick layer of dust on the surfaces, piles of insect corpses on the windowsills, the stove is greasy, there is hair in the bathroom, and Katerina allows herself to walk into the kitchen in street shoes! And after finding a pile of dirt, the dirt is not removed, but covered up, as if it did not exist) Oh, the great Hospitality service!
If you have absolutely no feeling of disgust and you are for hardcore, you can come!)
Although, perhaps, after the review, Katya will go broke for cleaning, and you will be more lucky than me.
But that's not all.
Her daughter, Vixen, despite her generosity and kindness, is also extremely masterly at throwing tantrums, trying to command in your own rented "room", yelling in the evenings and flying in without knocking and inviting. Katerina, despite her position as the "Hostess of the Vegdom", does not particularly bother to teach the child the norms of behavior, at least in this space, since she claims to be a "guest house".
The cherry on the cake is a blatant lie about banning smoking throughout the territory.
The hostess herself smokes in the yard and is not at all embarrassed by the presence of not only her daughter, but also guests - a non-smoker and a one-and-a-half-year-old child.
Sorry, but it's just a full bottom.
Don't get fooled by the "budget". If desired, you can find a full-fledged two-room CLEAN neat house with a NEW renovation at a price CHEAPER than this one dead old room, where the ancient parquet is crumbling, and not the ordered, but forced animation in the form of a child does not doze off until late in the evening) Whoever is looking for will always find it! There are much better deals on the real estate market!!!!
In summer, as Katerina says, the price of accommodation for such a room is 3,000₽) I wonder what the service is in the season, and is there at least a small difference?...) The question is rhetorical. And even if you are a vegan, Katya's lunch is not worth the nerves!

I had a rest from January 16 to February 23 in the Vegdom. I liked everything very much, the location is close to the city center, there is a garden of citrus fruits, which you can pick as much as you want, the rooms are warm from heaters, you can heat them with firewood, there is a fireplace and stoves, the hostess Ekaterina is pleasant, kind, very interesting, often treated to food that she cooked for herself and her daughter))) So I recommend this accommodation to all conscious people who come to Abkhazia! I stayed with Katerina in March. Warm and cozy, everything is thought out in a homely way... basins, mugs, legs, slippers, everything is in its place! It is convenient to get there, near the bus stop and the beach!

I had a rest in the Veg house in September 22. I lived in a tent on the slope in the orchard. It's a pity the persimmon hasn't ripened yet... I was pleased with the ripe figs and grapes. And the fact that meat is not cooked in the house, etc., there is no alcohol and tobacco. The house is large, shower, toilet, washing machine,kitchen, everything is in order, Wi-Fi is working.
