Overall, it's not bad. Spacious apartment, kitchenette, there are dishes, kettle, cooler, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine. The apartment hotel had good reviews, but I will add a fly in the ointment.
The impression is made up of little things. We spent a lot of nights at different hotels in different regions and when you enter the room, you immediately understand whether there is concern for the guest or not. Even if the hotel is completely economical.
This apartment hotel has a more formal approach. For example, there is a washing machine, and the receptionist kindly gave us a powder, but there is nowhere to hang the washed. No ropes, no dryers. The heated towel rail doesn't work either. The bathroom is damp, things could not dry for a day.
There are 2 soap dishes, but no soap. There were only remnants of a slightly soapy liquid in the dispenser, which barely squeezed it out. There is no shampoo or gel. One light bulb in the bathroom did not work, it was dark, only a separate lamp above the sink saved.
The clock in the living room was not working.
The double bed is not wide, but that's okay, there are sockets and sconces on both sides, but the bedside table is only on one side. Apparently, it is supposed to put a glass of water on the floor and tip it over the phone at night.
Instead of mugs, there are tiny coffee cups. To drink tea, I had to pour it three times.
Absolutely all the switches are turned over. I've never been able to figure out what electricians think when they install switches the other way around?? In this case, there was a separate chic in the corridor, when of the two adjacent switches, one turned up, the other down. A brain explosion.
Also, the charm of this hotel is added by a shabby entrance and cute drunks drinking tinctures for sincere conversations on a bench right in front of the windows.
Administrators do not sit around the clock at the reception, contrary to the signboard, and they do not always answer the phone. To put it mildly, it's a strange approach, especially when we've driven a thousand kilometers and are falling off our feet.
In general, the hotel is for those who do not bother. For me personally, it doesn't pull at a five.
I booked an apartment in Vegus. I was very worried about cleanliness and so on, because I was traveling with a small child. I really liked it! Everything is clean, warm, not smoky. There is everything you need to warm up/cook food. Administrators Irina, Oksana well done!
