In my opinion, they are competent specialists. Minus one star per vet. the drugs offered to buy at their pharmacy. It is very expensive, some are not needed at all, or rather, they can be replaced with something that replaces, V. T. h, and human drugs, and everyone has hygiene products at home, especially. The prices are only for a hundred, the doctor did not touch my animals, only the nurse, and the effect is zero. The only big plus is the round-the-clock operation. There is an emergency place to turn. So choose.

We treated a cat, which is currently 13 years old, two years ago here. I am writing a review only now because there was a need to visit a doctor again and I remembered about this clinic. A review for yourself, because the names of clinics are sometimes erased from memory (so as not to forget and never contact again), and it can be useful for you.
The bottom line is this: the cat caught a cold, coughed and wheezed, needed treatment. First, I went to another clinic in Bobruisk, also a private one. The cat was listened to, injections were prescribed. We went to get injections at that clinic every day until the cat was pricked crookedly and its hind legs began to drag on the floor. I was very scared, I went with the cat to a couple more clinics, where everyone assured me that it was just damage to the sciatic nerve and that everything would be fine, but 3 weeks went by, and the cat still walked badly and limped. I decided to go with her to the Century. We arrived, the cat was examined somehow, as far as I remember, and then they said that the cat has a very terrible disease, that if you do not perform an operation, which at that time cost more than 100-150 Belarusian rubles, then the cat's paw will fail, the muscle will atrophy and it will not run, maximum amputation. They were afraid that the operation should be done as soon as possible. I didn't believe it, I didn't do the operation. At the moment, my cat is 13 years old, a couple of weeks after the visit to the Century, my baby really started running again and runs to this day better than young cats. I do not recommend this clinic.

My parents, in the suburbs, the dog broke his paw, it was necessary to do an X-ray, calling this office at lunch, they told me that it was possible only after 20.00. Naively thinking that this was due to the workload, I went by 18.30 to be the first by 20.00. When I went there, I saw NO ONE except 2 bored "specialists". I called my parents to check out and waited for them at the entrance. During this time there was NOT A SINGLE visitor. After learning that after 20.00 the prices for services are more expensive by 30%, I realized that these would-be specialists send everyone to an increased tariff, not caring about the suffering of animals. Realizing this, we decided to take the dog to Minsk, which we are very happy about, the animal is on the mend. I advise you to think carefully before applying there.

The dog was killed. I rarely write a negative review on someone, but then I understand that perhaps those who have serious questions about the pet's health will not make the mistake that we did. In short, we performed an operation on the Labrador's paw with the installation of a plate, everything seems to be fine. But during the operation, an infection was introduced (there is evidence), and for a whole month the dog was in terrible agony and simply slowly died and rotted alive!. in search of a reason why the dog does not get up, the doctor performed a second useless operation, as a result, the condition worsened before our eyes. In fact, the diagnosis and appropriate assistance were stupidly not done on time, as a result, time was lost and the condition of the so weakened dog was aggravated ((( Neither ultrasound, nor biochemistry, nor X-ray of the spine was done! the dog was tortured on an X-ray of paws with terrible pain (tore his mouth open from pain), although it turns out that this should have been done under light anesthesia. The stitches are terrible, all the doctors and nurses in Minsk shied away from them... A banal thing: The dog did not go to the toilet for days, and no doctor did urine flushing (it turns out that this could and should have been done, and there is no need to lift and torture the animal, put catheters. we arrived at night with an overflowing bladder - the doctor said - why did you come, the bladder is empty). About a liter was drained in Minsk!!! As a result, due to the lost time and the doctor's opinion that the dog does not get up and yells in a mute voice on pain relief- "because he is just lazy and a coward"- infection in the bone marrow, infection, inflammation, cystitis, terrible bedsores, rotting and divergence of seams, failure of the hind legs and urinary tract with intestines and dogs Not anymore. We were warned that it was better not to take us to this clinic, but we believed the doctor, who assured us that such operations are performed every day and everything is OK. The whole family and friends are in wild pain from the loss of a pet - a young, strong, good-natured dog ((( if you have serious health questions, it's better to take them to Minsk and to trusted clinics. Of course, the human factor is always and everywhere, but our story, like everything with a sad ending in this clinic, judging by the reviews of familiar dog owners, is the result of banal unprofessionalism and negligence of these doctors.

What struck me was the act of a man, he stayed on the second shift to operate on our Motyusha, as he promised that he would do everything possible to save her, since the tumor was huge.

I really regret that I did not apply to this clinic earlier! Dr. Kirill was recommended to me by my friends a long time ago.
I cannot forgive myself that when I was faced with the issue of sterilizing my dachshund, we did not immediately contact the "century". We got here when we had a split seam due to the "wild" recommendations of doctors from another clinic.
The staff is responsive, people of their business. It is perfectly clear that they love four-legged friends and treat them with trepidation! The doctor looked at everything, explained the treatment in an accessible way and showed everything.
The prices, and I can even compare them with clinics in Minsk, are very adequate!

I first applied to this clinic in the spring of 2023, the cat had a viral infection. They did tests, prescribed treatment, paid a decent amount, the treatment helped. A little later I arrived with another cat, got to another veterinarian with a similar situation. Again, tests, prescribing treatment, the effect is zero. A few days later they returned to the same veterinarian. I asked for another drug. He was extremely offended by our visit, moreover, other employees who were present in the same office attacked me with shouting and insults, defending the reputation of their colleague, although no one spoke about his professionalism. Trying to bring the raging guys back to their senses, I told one of the employees that it was not necessary to offend customers because of personal problems. As a result, they poured a lot of dirt on me and told me not to go to their clinic anymore. A few months later we had the same problem, I decided to get an appointment with a veterinarian, who had it for the first time. I called, signed up. After a while, they called me back and informed me that I was refused admission because of my "aggressive" behavior the previous time.
The result of "communication" with this clinic: in addition to the fact that I was insulted the previous time, I was subsequently slandered, the clinic's income from our visits amounted to about 500 rubles, nerves were damaged, human dignity was insulted. Question - what does this organization function for? Professional help is minimal, prices for services are maximum, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. Observing the conditions of the clinic, the level of training of employees, the opinion was formed that some of them do not have a medical education at all, what can we say about the knowledge of elementary medical ethics, if in fact there are probably no doctors there. Apparently, the management of the clinic forgot for what purpose they were granted a license to operate and the existence of such organizations as the State Control, the OBEP, the Tax Inspectorate, the zonal center for hygiene and Epidemiology, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc.

I need an operation for a minute, it's 300 rubles at least, it would cost. Without hesitation, I went to another clinic in the morning, and voila, there is no dislocation. There are problems with calcium absorption, but not dislocation and not surgery in any way. So, who chooses a clinic, think about your beloved pets, so that these "doctors" would not send them to live out their lives in torment.

When we came to the clinic, we were immediately told that 2 animals were feeling unwell, that it looked like an infection. To which they told us that we needed to take tests, we passed, then they told us that this was not enough and we also needed to take biochemistry, and we did it. In 2 days, the diagnosis was not made, they said that biochemistry should also be taken from the second animal.
As a result, we accidentally stumbled upon a new veterinary clinic, where we were told that this infection was prescribed treatment and cured in just 5 days.
PS: the cherry on the cake is that they misdiagnosed my cat, from which he was treated for a year, and subsequently planted a healthy organ because of the "treatment"

I really regret that I did not immediately start treatment at this clinic, perhaps my kitty's fate would have been different. But unfortunately, there are incompetent doctors in other clinics who don't care about our friends. I've come across this attitude, and I don't wish the same to anyone. We went to do an ultrasound to check if there were any more puppies there, to which the doctor replied, "No, there is a liquid that will come out soon-this is the norm"Everything is fine with the dog and what it expires with is also the norm
I asked to see the newly-born puppy, as he was gasping for air, not breathing normally through his nose, the inspection lasted a minute, after which the puppy passed to me with the words "Rub, everything is fine with him"
After paying, we left
After the house, the puppy was rubbed for three hours, the liquid was pumped out independently, the result:he passed away

But it was not there, a day after giving birth, the dog gives birth to a cadaverous puppy at night, which should not have been at all

A doctor's consultation is only 10 rubles. and the rest, at least 50 rubles. for their services, are hidden in the margins on medicines and all their procedures. At the first visit, prepare at least 100 rubles, for this you will be offered tests, ultrasound, X-rays, Biochemistry, if there is not enough, they will count with droppers, numerous medicines from everything possible at once, the main thing is that the check would come out at least 100 rubles. Apparently, this is the policy of the management of this clinic. And your budget will be screwed up by the imposition of medicinal food, the cost of which is sometimes more expensive than a jar of caviar or cod liver. It is a pity that before the visit we did not look at the reviews, in fact, in my opinion, all the negative listed in the reviews is 80% suitable for this clinic. In our case, two courses of animal treatment for a total amount of 460 rubles did not lead to a positive outcome. And from the conclusions of the "doctors" of this "clinic", as others have already written in their reviews, the owners of the animals are to blame (feed them the wrong way, launched, missed, etc.) It is good that they used the services of another clinic in time, so they did not stab their pet with numerous injections. With this review, I express purely my opinion and my point of view and analysis of the activities of this clinic. If the owners of this clinic wish to challenge my arguments, I am ready to provide them with more weighty arguments here, but I am afraid that they will not like it.
