Two weeks ago, we ordered two suits, made a full prepayment of the order. The order has still not been shipped. We wrote to the mail a question about the fate of our order, and received an answer that the information was being clarified. Another day has passed, there is no information. If the shipment does not take place in the near future, I will cancel the order and refund the money. I do not recommend cooperation with this store to anyone, especially on terms of full prepayment. It seems that the main thing for the company is to place an order and receive money, and then the buyer has to make a lot of efforts to find out the fate of his order and, if very lucky, to get things sent.
