I can buy a new battery myself and change it then, if I could do it! No one said anything like that in the correspondence either. Moreover, there is no repair at this address, but just a reception point where a lady sits and "knows nothing, only accepts batteries." I took the time to bring the vacuum cleaner for repair, and they turned me around. Terrible service. I do not recommend it.
