We went around a lot of door salons, but stopped at Russian production, Welldoris!!. We chose an ENAMEL DOOR - this is an excellent combination of price and quality. Excellent and fast service. A competent sales specialist, explained everything, demonstrated and calculated. We even got a nice bonus and a discount. The installation of the doors is perfect! The specialist arrived with his tool, carefully installed everything and cleaned up after himself.

It was substandard, lengthy, and incompetent.
And so, they ordered the front door, a special order, they did it quickly, they installed it quickly, after a while it turned out that the installers bent the threshold and decided to fasten it with a protective film with just a self-tapping screw! Because obviously, work had not started in the apartment yet, no one had removed the film before laying the tiles.
After that, we contacted the company, to which an answer was given.: these are your builders, but no one took into account that during the installation of the doors, we made a full photo report of the work in stages, where it was clear that the threshold was bent during transportation, and the screw was screwed on the front side. Unfortunately, this came to light after we placed another order for interior doors in this company, a special order that we promised to produce in 60 days.
And then the most interesting thing began, after waiting 5 months for the flush-mounted interior doors, we were offered to wait another 2 months before installation, it turns out to be a queue.
Half a day later, the issue was resolved, but there was no more trust, the work needed to continue and the doors needed to be opened as early as possible!
After installing the reversible opening doors, we were simply shocked: there are no questions about the external opening doors, but with the internal ones, and there are 2 of them, there were design features that no one knew about before they were brought to the client (I quote the words of the staff and management).
The box of hidden doors for internal opening has not one door sill for putty, but two, which are located on different edges of the box with the same height. Considering that we have a complex project and we needed a box plane that fits on the side of the wall, we got a second board with a height of 2 mm (see attached photo)
The only proposed solution from the company was to cut down everything superfluous from the door frame with a grinder. It's a shock, buying a product for that kind of money, it also needs to be "farmed", I recommend that anyone who wants to deposit money in this company think carefully and weigh it.
The company clearly does not own the part of the product that it sells, even though you will be told how a measurer is needed to explain all the nuances that he himself does not understand.
Additionally, I will appeal to consumer protection and MARCH.

We ordered 6 interior doors. We arrived at the salon, everything was calculated for us, then a measurer was called, he measured everything and on the same day we arrived at the salon to make an advance payment and place an order. The girl manager calculated for us, the next day she dropped the bill for payment, we paid 50% and then the most interesting thing began, I only looked at the outfit order after payment and was shocked, although the girl wrote everything down from our words in the salon, we were entered 6 canvases, 12 door handles and not a single hinge, it was on Monday and the manager promised us that the order would be delivered on Friday, then as it turned out these canvases were on order, then they began to correct the order, as a result, the doors arrived to us only after 3 weeks and then because he called and swore with everyone. But that's not all, the doors and the rest of the fittings were brought, we agreed with the installer, he came to put the doors, he took them out of the package and it turned out that the trim and the doors were painted in different tones)
I do not advise anyone to contact here.
A lot of effort and nerves were spent

I ordered 4 interior doors in November. They assured me that all the doors were available. It turned out not to be so, I had to wait 1.5 months. Of the 4 doors, only 2 turned out to be normal. For the other two, the salon offered a discount instead of a replacement, although defects did not allow installation. After threats to contact consumer protection, they agreed to perform a replacement. The new 2 doors also had to wait. But it didn't end there... Of the two doors, 1 was invited with the wrong opening, and again I had to wait for a new door... The last door came with a sharp wrong hinge!!!

There are no complaints about the door itself and the manager. But here is the installation of the door!!! During installation, a cable (fiber optic) was pressed down, and in the place where it was visible at the exit from the wall. The Beltelecom specialist offered 2 solutions: for the installer to drill a hole or to cut a new hole in the wall and it will be necessary to pay at least 60 rubles for the work. When calling the installer, he refused to redo something. That's what they called and solved the issue.
