In March, I bought a KAYAMA NEO 3.0 bike, as the seller advised and did not regret a bit that I listened to his advice. We picked up a bike that I still can't get enough of! Before that, I visited all the stores where the attitude to the buyer, well, let's say, is not very good, but then they paid me due attention and listened to all the wishes and already starting from them they sold me exactly what I wanted. Overpriced, unscrupulous seller. This is the second bike shop in a row with a terrible attitude towards customers. First, I visited a store on Ordzhonikidze, where they don't pay attention to you unless you grab your hand and ask for help. I wish I hadn't asked. Nobody cares about you. I went to the store on Gorky 41. I was choosing a bike for my birthday. There was a girl who was minding her own business and didn't give a damn about the people who came to her store. In the end, I chose a bike and paid for it. The seller just says sign here and go. I asked if she would like to talk about the warranty period at least. What it covers and what it doesn't. Where to contact about warranty service. Her answer startled me. "I don't have to tell you anything. It's all written there." As a result, upon arrival home, the rear flap fell off and when trying to install it back, it turned out that everything was erased and damaged due to poor-quality assembly. I do not recommend the VeloMoto chain of stores to anyone. There are about 4-5 of them in Bobruisk, and I am sure that such a disregard and low-quality goods will be in other stores.
