I came by bike bought in the area of 85,000 tenge, after buying it, it was not collected by me but by another person and apparently I did not collect it very much, I came to them at Velopro to set it up correctly, what needed to be adjusted (speeds, brakes, etc.) but instead of normal maintenance, they immediately began to shit the bike, they say you have it very budget, it's better to buy another one hinting at buying your own bikes. Next, I asked to adjust the brakes, said that the ear does not cling to the brake and scrolls, they did not even look at what can be done there, but continued to tell horror stories about cheap bicycles and that you need to buy another one and that nothing can be done with it at all, although we understand that at least it was possible to twist them, as a maximum to replace the brakes but they refused to even look. There was one single guy who quickly adjusted only the speed, set everything up as needed. In the name of PRO, it should mean that the guys should serve customers, do repairs, etc. and not shit on customers' things and give advice, not everyone has the opportunity to buy a bike for 200 thousand so that everything in it is perfect. Upon arrival home, I just set everything up myself, I didn't even have to change the brakes. Will I come to them again? Definitely not. Can I advise anyone? No, rather the opposite.
I recommend it to all cyclists.. The specialists are competent and nimble. They explain everything and offer repair options, there are always spare parts and repairs and preventive maintenance. There may be cheaper places, but I'm not going to change them..

I will immediately make a reservation that I was warned that the repair staff did not have the skills to replace tires on 8.5" wheels (scooter), and that scratches on the rim were possible after their work, but it would be better to warn that they completely destroy the rim. It is unclear how the rim could have been bent, I suspect that they were kicked out at the moment when they sat on the rim from opposite sides of the rim. I got to 15,000 thanks to their help. In the process of work, the provided camera was destroyed, and replaced with an unsuitable one with the bending of an excessively long nipple. The very next day, I had to change the new tire and camera again. The director (or manager) behaves inappropriately towards his own employees in front of the client. I suspect that a similar attitude towards customers is possible.
The choice of bicycles is not large, only the "Track". There are spare parts and accessories, not everything matches the list posted on the website. The workshop is normal, all breakdowns are repaired.
