The first time I came by 11 a.m., there was no one there, but apparently since the evening there has been a sign with a break until 11:45 a.m. I come the second time - the same thing. I call the owner - the master arrives at 12.05 pm.
Dear owners, do not mislead others, decide on your work schedule.
The workshop is working well, the master is excellent, competent, but I will give one star for non-punctuality.

I would like to share my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service. I brought my bike to the service and confidently expected that my problems would be solved professionally and in a reasonable time. However, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received.
Throughout the month, I've been asking questions about the bike repair process. Responses to my messages came with a huge delay - sometimes after several days or even weeks, sometimes they were not noticed at all.
According to the answers that came, I observed a complete lack of any progress in repairing the bike and an unacceptable attitude towards the client. I expected my problems to be resolved in a reasonable time, but to my great regret, no changes or improvements have occurred.
As a result, I decided to pick up my bike after 1 month (there were no apologies for the lost time, respectively). I do not recommend anyone to contact them for bicycle repair and maintenance.
Upon re-contacting under warranty, comprehensive technical advice was additionally given on adjusting the switches independently, taking into account how the new generation of cycling equipment is perceived by former users of Start Highway and Tourists. There is power in the interaction. Thanks!
In the summer, a shield came off with meat, a Stork bike in 2020, a separate story. The master took the bike for repair at 18.50, before closing, promised to do it, despite the presence of a queue. At 19:30 I called to pick it up. I put up less than 5 rubles for the work. Excellent service, thank you very much! Now only to you!
