We came to the institution for the first time. A girl, about 18 years old, greeted me dryly. Without asking which room we needed, we were put in a non-smoking room, we sat down at a table next to the reception desk. All the time we were there, we had to hear mats and laughter from the workers.
I approached the same girl, she did not immediately pay attention to me, because she was playing on the phone. From the same girl, we heard unpleasant words addressed to the guests.
The waiter, although he was an intern, tried to serve well)
They brought an alcoholic drink instead of a non-alcoholic one.
We ordered couscous, Caesar salad with shrimp and khachapuri. We were satisfied with the food.
Visiting the institution for the second time, we were even more disappointed.
The staff was more friendly, the waiter served well, but the food..... The chicken cradle was neither salty nor spicy, no. The pasta with mushrooms and cheese was also tasteless. Everything stuck together and turned into one lump. Pizza with ham and ... it was excellent, as was the hodgepodge.

There is no worse institution in this city, I strongly recommend not to visit, incompetent employees, starting with waiters, ending with the administrator. The waiting time was not announced upon boarding, only the bar from 30 minutes, the kitchen from an hour. After 45 minutes, only broth was brought, without appliances, I had to beg, followed by fresh (not corresponding to the menu in volume), then a Dorado grill was brought, I attach a photo where it is clearly visible that this is not a grill, to which the waiter listened to our comments and did not object, then we invited the administrator, and worse than that, I have not met) the administrator proved to me that this is a grilled fish and she knows perfectly well what a grill looks like, allegedly they have it flat, entered into an argument, moreover, the fish had a very unpleasant smell. The administrator objected to the removal of this dish. We refused to wait for the rest of the dishes, brought the bill and all the positions were in it, then the waiter just crossed out the positions with a pen that they did not take out to us after 1:30 (even drinks). But these are not all surprises)Here the waiter says that payment by card is not possible))I had to translate it.When leaving, no one said goodbye and the administrator did not even apologize. Please, the management of this institution, pay attention to their staff, as well as the kitchen!!!Just ugh, it's a shame

the menu is 50/50
We made an order, and they brought my companion the main course, salad, and even dessert, but they just redid the cocktail for me, which was impossible to drink anyway. I don't know how long to wait for my dishes, but my companion has already finished his meal... By the way, there's a bone in the pasta.
One fork and knife for appetizers, main course, and even dessert, did not change the appliances.
The hall is beautifully decorated, but overhead the multicolored spotlight dazzled terribly.
