I paid with a card and entrusted it to the waiter. After a while, I noticed that another amount was withdrawn from the card from the main one and 1560 tenge. At the same time, at the beginning, the waiter did not warn about the additional fee of 12%, which is not legal. I ask the administration of this institution to pay attention to this fact about the further non-repetition of this situation. When ordering in these establishments, pay attention to the amount that the waiter brings. Be vigilant. And one more thing, when paying the bill, the waiter did not issue a cash receipt and after a while, at my request, they gave me a receipt. Although they are obliged to issue a cash receipt at the place of payment without prior notification.
We were in the renovated Venice, fresh repairs, New Year's decoration, drank, ate it was delicious, barbecue fries were delicious, of course there are few goodies for beer, and so everything is super! And I would advise you to buy a high chair, since many families go with the kids, including us)))

Шашлык в ресторане отменный, гостиница стала хуже раз в 10 чем до пандемии. Абсолютно не уьранный номер, грязно, белье не свежее, возможно использованное. Полотенца пришлось выпрашивать 2 раза, сначала дали 3 на четверых. 2 пакетика с шампунем на 4, скорее всего администратор подумала что двое и так чистые. Уровень упал в разы, не сравнить с тем что мы видели 3 года назад.

Были на Присни в бане, ныряли в прорубь. Парилка не большая, душ, большой зал, бильярд, телевизор, 2 спальни. Грязь везде. Недовольная баньщица. Только прорубь спасла ситуацию.
Вчера позвала своих друзей провести вечер в нашем когда-то любимом кафе. Сейчас это трудно назвать "кафе", это бомжаник! Везде грязно, даже на лавочки присесть невозможно. Пьяные работники кухни танцевали на данс поле босиком. Мои гости вынуждены были уйти. Обслуживание афициантки Аружан, вообще молчу, с недовольным лицом она перечислила все, что не оказалось по меню. Даже хлеба и того не было... Счёт 2 раза перечитывала вместе с администратором. Позор. Только почему то за этот позор было стыдно мне перед гостями, а не им!!!
