We are vacationing in this hotel with my husband now on 18/10/2024. We met with an individual transfer. Everyone at the reception is friendly, they gave us a room with a view of the pool. The room is clean and quite cozy. They give out slippers, shampoo, gel, balm, lotion, cotton pads and cotton buds. There is a kettle in the room, different tea, different coffee, different sugar))) There is water and carbonated drinks in the fridge. Two Russian TV channels. Beach towels are provided. Lots of bars, a restaurant, waffles, potatoes, ice cream, desserts. The beach is small pebbles with sharp sand. The pier is long, clean, with a shower. There are enough sun beds for everyone. There is a good water park, open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. Tennis, ping pong, volleyball, darts. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness of this hotel from the city. It is located in a protected area. There are no shops nearby at all. If you need to go somewhere, take a taxi. We took a free shopping trip, a sightseeing tour of Antalya with a visit to the dolphinarium and aquarium, a tour of the green canyon (I hope we enjoy it)))) They paid $290 for the excursions.

A lovely hotel in the style of little Italy. The only hotel in Antalya with a high observation tower, which offers a beautiful view of the hotel and the surrounding area. The food is normal in general, very tasty fillet fish, meat, good Baileys and jagermeister, pide (pizza), very clean, you can walk barefoot everywhere, the toilets are clean, super water park for children, evening hookah with rum is their trick!!! I liked the lobby, in the evening we sat on the lobby balcony all the time. The Wi-Fi is good throughout the territory. Hedgehogs are running around in the territory very funny and cute. No dogs, it's good the beach is clean. There are good fruits in the restaurant, my favorite tomato soup was served every day, it was not very expensive for a ticket for three. Cool pools we swam , the water is good , not too much chlorine is clean , there are plenty of sun beds . This hotel was replaced by the Top Caps, the Sera Hotel Club, they are all there nearby, all our favorites. I recommend that you go there once every other time.

I'm still resting. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is nearby, convenient, good access to the sea, everything is clean. I did not like the catering service, poor choice, monotonous and often not enough. We have to look for a place to land. You can't drink coffee anywhere until 10 a.m., everything is closed. Many cafes are closed, the season is ending and apparently they are closing, and there are a lot of vacationers. The room is nice, clean, linen is changed: towels in two days, bed linen was changed in four.

Overall, I liked the hotel! Good cuisine, especially the veranda of the Gusto cafe overlooking the sea and the beach. We had lunch from the third day of our stay only there. This cafe always has fresh pizza, salads to choose from, deliciously cooked flounder, several types of pasta, desserts, a bar with cool drinks!
The common dining room was used only for breakfast and dinner, the reason for this was the small number of seats.
The sea and the beach are clean, the cleanliness of the hotel is maintained, as well as in the rooms! The staff is friendly, the bartenders work well, they know popular cocktails (if the ingredients are available)!
There was always a Russian-speaking staff representative at the reception desk, requests and questions were not refused! Before leaving, they politely asked what they liked and what they didn't like.
The gym is not big, but it is good, well ventilated.
The child and I liked the water slides!
The pools are clean! The territory is beautiful, stylized, matching the name of the hotel, under the views of Venice!
A small disadvantage was the visit to the spa complex, the first visit to the hammam was normal, except for the obsession of the staff with the offer of massage. The massage is not done on a one-time basis (whatever it is), but in several visits, as well as no massage therapist will touch the sunburned skin! They also assured me of the opposite! On the second and last visit, some representative of the spa staff opened the door of the steam room and left it there, thereby violating the internal microclimate of the steam room. Having brought the guest inside for the procedures, he did not lock the door, arguing that this is how it should be.

We stayed at this hotel with our family at the end of August just before school. We liked the hotel immediately and were impressed. Convenient location, 25 minutes drive from the airport, this is very important when you have small children. By itself, it is a very beautiful hotel, made in a beautiful, historical Italian style, with a beautifully maintained large territory. Everything is so well located on the territory of the hotel. The food at the hotel is great, very tasty, satisfying, varied! Closer to the beach, there are two restaurants that serve a customized menu. Those pizzas, the lozenges... burgers made from the most tender meat, etc. simply cannot describe how delicious they are cooked.
The beach has no words. It is flat, large, divided into two parts, with a huge pier, sun beds, towels were always grabbed, despite the fact that many left their towels in advance.
Alcohol was represented by imported brands, Jack, Chivas, Balantines, everything was in abundance. The beer is very high quality, the Ephesus is draught.
I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here.
I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel staff, this is the manager Alena, very sociable, polite, who kindly escorted us to the observation tower of the hotel, which offers an impressive view of the coast and other hotels. A great hotel, we rested for 7 days and the whole family liked it. We were at the end of June, checked in very quickly and the room was clean with welcome gifts from the hotel. The pool is clean, I liked swimming and relaxing there. The access to the sea is excellent, there are a lot of sun loungers and there is enough for everyone, the beach is clean and cleaned every evening, and during the day a person walks and cleans up the garbage. There was nothing to scold them for, they fixed the phone in the room that was not working in literally 30 minutes, but there were no other problems and we had a wonderful vacation.

There is no animation at all, there are pathetic attempts, but I didn't need it. This is the seventh time in Turkey, so far it is the best hotel I have been to. The big pig was planted by Anex tour. We changed the time, the airline and the airport of arrival. We took special tickets to Vnukovo, because there was a connecting flight, and we were sent to the shameful Sheremetyevo, where we stood for three hours at a customs post. Of the advantages: the beach is just super, beautiful territory, huge swimming pool, large territory, daily cleaning.
Of the cons: the location - there is nothing from the word at all near the hotel, the food is mediocre, there are not enough places in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, you have to queue for meat - which I can't stand.
The girl who is sitting in the hotel has a taxi, Natasha seems to be called, do not order it - it turns out to be very expensive, it is better to leave the hotel next to the stop there is a button to call a taxi, much cheaper.
The rooms are not fresh, the ventilation is bad.
Many thanks to Nastya and paramedic Fatmagul. And the doctor, I forgot the name. I haven't really met such doctors in Russia. He examined, diagnosed, gave an injection, immediately removed the inflammation, prescribed good drugs. I got back on my feet during the day. Many thanks to him.

We were there in October 2024. We read the reviews before the trip, but in fact we saw something completely different. The food is the same as in any foursome. Nothing unusual. I didn't see any dish from the chef. As the fish was fried every evening, so it was repeated every day. There was no animation at all. The kids were entertained in the evening - the same songs, the same movements every day. On the second day, the child memorized the entire program and became bored. Drinks at the beach bar are constantly intermittent - there was always only coffee and tea available. All other drinks are served every other time. I didn't see any drinks or cocktails for the deluxe hotel, even in the 24-hour bar. Two restaurants were closed. I've been to the third one - maybe I misunderstood something? But judging by the menu, everything is the same as it is served in the dining room, only in beautiful plates. The territory is beautiful, there is a lot of space, clean. The rooms are on a solid 4. At first, I thought that it was a late night at the hotel because of the end of the season. But I remember we went in November and it was even more fun somehow. And in the hotels next to Venice it was more fun, there was an entertainment program.

We were vacationing with a friend at the Venice Hotel. We are absolutely delighted with the hotel.
I really like the variety, taste and quality of the food. Especially doner, pide with meat, oatmeal porridge was perfect. The alcohol is original.
Chlorine is not used in the pool, a special remedy is used that does not change the color of the swimsuit and does not affect the body badly.
We noticed that even the birds drink water from the pool.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of the beds, you can sleep on one for two :)
But I wish that instead of two high pillows there was also a choice for a thin pillow.
I also really liked the hammam, Jacuzzi massage.
The staff is very attentive, smiling, polite, I really liked the fact that almost all the staff speaks different foreign languages.

The kitchen is disgusting, the rooms are not cleaned. Leave a dollar - outrage and ...... That's it. Dust, dirt, not vacuumed. Believe me, it's been checked. Such staff is recruited there. There is animation, but so-so. The animators are not visible and almost not heard. Boccia on the sand!?Only photographers go and bath attendants with massages. The queue at the bar. No children's disco. Alcohol is diluted to the maximum. The beer is good as always - a solid four. In the evening, at 9-45, artists perform (entertainment for four), live music on Wednesdays and probably everything from entertainment ...,. You can write a lot, but believe me, if you want to relax, choose another hotel. More disappointments than pleasant surprises. Moreover, the price of this hotel is not small.
P. S. Do not sit in the dining room in the open air towards the street. If there is smoke from the 3rd floor, that's it... dinner is lost. And I am very surprised by the reviews, they write a lot of cons, while giving five stars?!

Let's talk about what others don't write about
The restaurant, the sea, the pools are just great, but 5 stars are COMPLETELY unjustified.
Beds are a horror. They creak, instead of a blanket you will be given some kind of thin, hard towel.
An additional 12 thousand were paid for the "sea view", as a result, the sea is 150 meters from the room and the view from the window does not even come close to the sea.
The biggest problem is wifi. For 1 person for a week 10 euros, for a day 2 euros. it is for the person, not for the number! I never thought that I would not be able to get through, that I had arrived🤡
The room is dirty, for some reason the phone is on the floor.
I will never come here again, and I do not advise you.

We really liked the hotel! The territory is large and green, the beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is good! In principle, it is normal for nutrition, we were not hungry) there are several places for lunch on the territory! The alcohol is not bad, mostly imported, I'll definitely bottle it)) The water park is good, the children did not climb out)
Yes, the rooms are tired, but everything worked, it was not critical for us!
In general, I can recommend it for a family holiday!

I liked the hotel very much, beautiful, clean, interesting design. But, as everyone writes, the rooms were poorly cleaned, it's true. The animation is just really nothing. The children's disco is terrible, the same songs and dances, the children did not even want to go. In the afternoon, 10 minutes of charging at the pool and that's it. The music on the pool was more or less, even Russian was included. In the evening, the shows were great, but then in the bar, which is until 12.00, the horror songs are only Turkish and for Turks. There were almost no Russian songs, it felt like only the Turks were there alone. Photographers spend three times the price tags, I do not advise you to contact Murat with photos that are not important. In the main restaurant, you always need to stand in line and catch an empty table. The spa is cool, everyone is friendly, especially Susan, respect to her. Everyone at the reception is angry. Bottom line: you need to think about animation, cuisine, and staff 😁
