Great location with amazing view on modern Tashkent from windows of Ventum plaza. I glade to working nearly with enormous companies here.

The entrances do not have a ramp for people with disabilities. There are also no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. I didn't find any available toilets inside the building. In general, it is not a very accessible center for people with few resources.

Cool location in the city center, large Parking, offices in a minimalist style. Yapona Mama and another restaurant open on the 1st floor. Offices are available for long-term rent. I am glad that the business center is not located on the main road and there is no constant noise from cars and city bustle.

It is located in the middle of a microdistrict under construction with all the problems of being on the construction site - dust around, sometimes noise. There is no sidewalk along the entire street, as such, you have to walk along the road.
