Nice, quiet and peaceful hotel. The area is very green, there are many different plants and trees. The rooms are not big. 2 swimming pools, adult and children's. The beach is 7 minutes away. The entrance to the sea is good, sand and small pebbles. The sun beds are free. You can even have lunch on the beach, food is taken out from the hotel. The food is normal. The staff is helpful.
The location is good, near the forest, sea, lake, shops, bus stop nearby.
In general, a normal hotel with no frills.

We lived for a week in early October. Overall, everything is fine.
Positive:
• beautiful and cozy courtyard inside the building
• a large area overgrown with various palm trees and citrus trees (since the hotel was built in 1968, everything looks really gorgeous there)
• on the beach, sunbeds and mattresses are given out for them (grandfather brings them) + from 11:30 they bake delicious gozleme with different fillings. There is also a bar on the beach and a mini dining room during lunch hours.
• Seals are everywhere and they are tame, feed them!
As for the rest, individually for everyone. The food is normal, no more, no less. There is meat every day, only it is cooked to the Turkish taste, we will not always like it. Soups are the same, basically they are cream soups, but delicious. During the week, fish was given 3 times (whole fried and trout steaks). There are a lot of sweets at lunch and especially in the evening, but I advise you to take those in the baking trays more, they are 100% fresh.
About the staff. All Turks speak Russian quite poorly, but even if you don't know English, it's okay. They know the words of duty and you can handle it. The room is cleaned well, but it was a surprise for us when for the first and last time we decided to leave a tip and the maid did nothing, just took the money. They didn't leave any more and everything was fine.
The hotel is mainly inhabited by people from Germany and Poland, to a lesser extent from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France and Russia (although towards the end of the holiday the concentration of Germans decreased in favor of Poles). No one is in conflict with anyone, no one cares.
There are events on stage every day, the schedule can be found in the lobby for access to the pool.
Oh, a little more sneaky life hack. There is free ice cream in the neighboring hotel and ayran in the refrigerators. You can get there through the first clothing store to the right of the exit to the shopping street. Cover the bracelet a little just in case and move confidently towards the goal.

Adult pool + paddling pool.
There is a scene where animation is performed (we never went there).

Mostly Poles and Germans.
Nutrition: very modest, but you will not be hungry, you will always eat meat.
There was a fish once.
Once there was a chicken on a spit (like a shawarma).

Beer in the dining room is normal, beer on the beach is water.
You can have a snack with tortillas on the beach.
There is also a bar on the beach where they feed at lunchtime (but the bar looks like a hut).
There is a grocery store next to the hotel.
By the way, the hotel has a shop where you can buy sticks for icos.
The staff is polite, they did not ask for money when checking in. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
In general, the hotel is very budget-friendly, we paid 61500 only for a stay for two for 5 nights.
It is better to pay 25,000 more but be in a higher class hotel.
