The hotel is located almost in the center of Paphos. Good transport accessibility. Near Lidl supermarket-3 min walk.
The hotel supports the concept of hotels 5***** . It has some difference -everything is more modest.
However, the immaculate cleanliness of tableware and appliances pleases.
The quality of the food for breakfast is very decent. A large selection of gastronomy and pastries.
Culinary delights are not served for breakfast.
But everything is high-quality, fresh and in sufficient quantity.
There is no soup or soups.
The children's menu is not presented,
but you can feed the children with porridge and cottage cheese, yogurt, pudding.
Chicken and fish are not represented.
Beef - meat meatballs, very decent.
A large selection of baked goods and bakery products. The bread of the Cypriots is fantastically delicious.
There are drinks in the assortment, tomato juice is especially good.
The beach is adjacent to the hotel. There are no sun beds on the beach.The cost of two sun beds with an umbrella is 7.5 euros. The beach is municipal, not guarded, people come from everywhere.
The entrance to the sea is gentle and in places different: somewhere deeper. The beach is great! The sea is warm, clean, and an artificially created bay.
Restaurants, tavern - according to your preference.
The pool is very nice. Clean. There are enough sun beds.

Great hotel. Of course, there are nuances, but the hospitality and attitude of the staff are at the highest level. All the problems that arose were solved quickly and did not leave a negative residue. For example, when the lock in the room failed, we were quickly moved to another room with a wonderful view of the sea.
The beach is 100 m from the hotel, sun beds and umbrellas are paid for 2.5 euros, this must be taken into account. The beach itself is very pleasant, the sand is equipped with breakwaters so you can swim almost at any time. There is nothing like this nearby, so the proximity to the beach is an absolute plus of the hotel.
The food is at a high level, the choice is good, the quality of the food is excellent.
There is a children's room that works in the morning and in the evening, the children went there with great pleasure.
In the evening, you can sit at the bar on the terrace overlooking the sea, where a large selection of drinks was offered, again of very high quality.
In the vicinity there is a Lidl grocery store with quite affordable prices, as well as the hotel overlooks Paphos street where there are a huge number of cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc. you can take a nice walk.
There is also one of the local archaeological sites literally next to the hotel.
In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

I won't call him a "Five", but for my money he is a very good hotelier! The rooms are quite simple, but clean and quiet. They cleaned it daily, efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked the food: a lot of meat dishes, squid, fish, a variety of cheeses, fruits, desserts. The most important plus is a magnificent beach surrounded by breakwaters, where even in a small storm the sea is crystal clear and moderately exciting. People even go swimming here from the neighboring "Ellisium", where, despite all the pomp of the hotel itself, the beach is so-so... There is a supermarket across the street with very loyal prices.

Not five stars, of course, a solid four. The renovation is moderately old, all inclusive decent food, good cleaning. It is better to pay extra for a room with a sea view, since everything outside is terribly noisy, the balcony cannot be left open. A magnificent sandy beach with breakwaters, clean but crowded, not illuminated in the evening. In general, I do not want to repeat it, I will choose another hotel for the next trip.

We stayed at this hotel in July-August 2021. I really liked it. The hotel was recovering from the pandemic. Excellent attitude of the staff. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Anyway, I realized that both in the hotel and in Cyprus, knowing Russian, you will not be lost. The sea is 100 m away. down from this wonderful pool. The beach is sand. I recommend you to visit.

The rooms are cozy, the hotel is well maintained, the food assortment is large (dishes from different cuisines of the world are offered on different days). The beach is a minute's walk from the hotel, the bathing place is fenced with stone breakwaters - you will hardly feel the waves. We were in June 2019! The rest is great!!! The hotel is located close to the airport, which is a huge plus. I have something to compare it with. I can say that I went with my husband and a child of 9 years old. We will be happy to return to this hotel again and hopefully more than once!
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were already surprised, they just put us in a room with a sea view without extra charges)))!!! We were fed and did not wait for 12:00.
I want to tell you a lot, because I liked absolutely everything: food, water, proximity to the sea, clean pool, very polite staff, cleaned the room every day. The food is varied and you can choose according to your taste, many types of meat and poultry and fish. A wonderful animator, Maria!!! My daughter is very happy.

I really liked the hotel. Pretty basic for 5, but everything is clean, albeit old, the rooms are renovated, the towel was changed every day. The staff is friendly, tried their best, the food is good. There is a choice, everything is fresh and delicious :)
The beach is nice, clean, close, sand .
I didn 't like the lack of infrastructure for children . At least some slides, swings, etc. they are bored there. They also have a problem with children's food. There was only a temple of soup , nothing else childish . There is no microwave either .

Excellent location of the hotel:
- across the street is a supermarket with affordable Lidl prices
-nearby taverns, cafes, shops and a travel agency
- you can walk to the port, it's beautiful there. Or take the bus. Stop right at the hotel.
- within walking distance there is a huge shopping center for every budget and taste, called Carrefour.

The hotel is very old, it is under reconstruction, which is surprising, because they feel sorry for the money to improve the area around the hotel and the beach. A year ago, they deigned to put a foot wash, and now it's all draining down to the sea. It looks goofy, and people walk through the slush. After 20 years, they thought of putting a toilet, and even then, it seems that the municipality did it. No one cleans the garbage cans, they are overflowing, the garbage is flying. Before the municipality put breakwaters there (Because they were really tired of drowning!), the management denied that the beach had nothing to do with the hotel, and no one was involved. Now a "Private beach" suddenly appeared in the description. Guys, it's not private, it's shared - don't take credit for other people's achievements.

I had a rest in June 2019. Unfortunately, the hotel does not attract more than 3 stars. The furniture and doors are old. The first impression was shocking to say the least, but the beautiful sea and beach compensated for these shortcomings. The food was normal, but everything was very modest and in moderation.The staff is attentive and Russian-speaking. Special thanks to the bartender Mikhail and the waitress Barbara. In general, I liked the rest, but in the evenings it is very boring at the hotel.
