I would like to express my opinion about the store staff, about 3 months ago I came with a small dog in my arms, I was immediately kicked out, yelled at and publicly humiliated, rather than humanely ask to leave the store, if it were said in a calm tone, there are no questions, we all understand the words, but such a boorish attitude and understatement on the part of the staff, I I haven't seen it yet. The second time I came with a friend, she went grocery shopping, but I was standing at the exit of the store, away from the cash register with a dog in my arms (not in the very room where the trade is carried out), to which the same woman, young in appearance, pleasant with curly hair, started yelling from the other end of the store so that I left this one the corridor at the entrance to the store.
Therefore, I give 3 stars specifically for this, I ask you to have a conversation with this particular employee, there are no complaints about others.
And a question for the administration, do you have the right to expel me from the store in a rude tone, if I did not even go outside the checkout and in no way did my pet come into contact with your products? I was standing 2 meters from the cash register at the entrance and there was no purpose to enter the room itself, where the trade was carried out. Thanks in advance for the feedback!

I express my dissatisfaction with the store staff. I went into the store with my personal belongings (backpack), at the exit of the store the seller demanded to show the contents of the backpack and that in general, it is forbidden to visit the store with personal belongings. When asked to show where it is indicated, the seller replied, this is a requirement in all stores. Going to a meeting with the store staff, he showed the contents of a backpack containing several previously purchased products from another store, the same as in the assortment of this store (two cans of cola). After seeing the cans of Coke, the seller began to demand a receipt for this product, responding that I did not have a receipt, she repeatedly demanded to prove to her that it was my product, otherwise I stole it. After repeatedly offering to check the surveillance cameras, the salesperson told me to wait for the store manager, and after 20 minutes of waiting, the salesperson returned and said I could go. Thanks to the Kramka store for a good evening,
Addendum: I received an official response to my complaint from the store's management, where no one apologizes, did not understand the situation, and they say it was my fault that I entered the store with personal belongings. This attitude caused me even more dissatisfaction, and I no longer set foot in this store.
