Excellent service station. I was sent to a specialist Sergey, I did not regret it. Everything was fast, clear and to the point.then they applied again. We were satisfied with the result.the car was checked and everything that needed to be replaced during the day. I recommend
The best service, excellent repair of the walker. If it's not for long, you can drink coffee. If there are no spare parts, you can order through them, in general I liked it
I was passing through Aktau, I contacted this service with a knock in the suspension. They sentenced a bunch of silent blocks. I asked to change the rear root oil seal (this is with the removal of the box).
When I put the car to work, hell broke loose. They send me price tags for spare parts that need to be changed, they turn out to be many times too high! They tried to sell the oil seal of the automatic transmission shaft for 14500 tenge, despite the fact that in a store 700m from the service it costs 3k tenge (also the original). To my question, "why is that?" they replied, "for the fuss of our supplier." After calculating how much I can save, "without straining the supplier," I take a taxi (asking along the way if I need something else), buy spare parts - I bring them. Next day, they sentence another silent blocks - I agree to their prices, because there was no opportunity to go to the store again. A week passes in total (!), for which they sentenced a lot more (I went to the store for spare parts again). In reality, this work could be done in 3 days. In short, a week later the master calls - come and pick up the car in the morning. I call in the morning - he says that for some reason oil leaked out of the gearbox overnight (although it did not flow before), it is necessary to change the oil seal and pour more oil. I agree, there is nowhere to go. I pick up the car in another day (8th day). I'm going to the collapse and realize that the knock in the suspension has not gone away!! I return to them the next day, ride with a mechanic through the pits and I am easily sentenced to stabilizer bars! And I asked them to check the racks and bushings while the car is disassembled! In short, I go back to the store behind the counters, they change them for me, I leave there in horror.
At the collapse, it took 2 people to unscrew the nuts of the wheels, which were hellishly tightened in this service.
The story doesn't end there. I leave for Atyrau (900km), halfway I look under the car - the whole bottom is in oil, it flows very strongly from somewhere. I call the service - they say, "well, go somewhere, find out what's flowing." I drove to the overpass and saw that the filler plug of the distributor was not tightened, it was spinning with my hands! I call them again - they say - well, change the oil, we will send you money, but no more than 6 thousand tenge. I decide not to contact the services anymore, I buy oil and a syringe, I send them checks - they say that you decided to buy a syringe yourself - these are your problems. They agree to send 6500 tenge and finally apologize for the jamb. And now it's the third day - and no one has sent anything.
I do not know if they are only with visitors or with everyone, but I strongly do not recommend contacting them!
The service is excellent, well done guys, I do not look at the fact that the tourist was not close to a hint of divorce. I'm giving a class to the guys
