Disgusting. They don't know how to handle things carefully.
We handed over things here several times, everything was fine. The husband's sweaters were folded and given away in order.
My large-knit (heavy) cardigan was hung on thin, rigid hangers. And he spent a week on them (they offered to pick him up at a convenient time). It stretched out strongly (about 7 cm of the canvas itself, the sleeves also stretched out). At the same time, the employees did not even understand what the problem was - they were not taught to store various types of things.
As a result, it is not possible to wear an expensive sweater - now it is a stretched rag, and not, sorry, Ralph Lauren (I wrote the stamp to understand the depth of the problem).

Today I called to ask if carpets are washed.They erase it, but wait a month.To my question why it took so long, the woman just hung up without disconnecting it.As a result, I couldn't finish talking to her and get through, too, respectively, I couldn't, within 15 minutes😡After getting through, fuck off, she talked to me, but she accepted the order, let's see how they wash it🤦♀️

Excellent dry cleaning, when I am in Yerevan, I take things only there, as there have been unpleasant cases in other places. I handed over both clothes and shoes, I am always happy with the result. And the service is excellent.
