My daughter bought shoes from the Verdimar shoe company in Vitebsk (shop on Lyudnikova str., 10) in August 2024. A week later, the skin tore, where the photo shows that a loop and a skin tear were sewn on the back of the sneaker. The specialists of the factory, after conducting an examination, concluded that my daughter tore the dyes herself, and not as a result of either poor-quality leather or a sewing machine needle being defective. No one began to fix the marriage and the sneakers were returned to the store for my daughter to pick them up. On the phone, the specialist said that she was not a charity organization. Yes, she said so, although I addressed her as a representative of the company, and not as a private person, and I need to answer as a representative of the company.
