I would like to share my positive experience of visiting the Vesol dental clinic. I am currently undergoing dental treatment with Panfilova Victoria Alexandrovna. On my first visit, I was afraid of pain, as it always hurt in other dentistry, even with anesthesia (I have very high sensitivity of teeth and a low pain threshold). It didn't hurt at Victoria Alexandrovna's! The fillings turned out to be perfect! I also want to mention a good attitude towards myself, attentiveness.
Of the general advantages of dentistry: convenient location near the metro, good reception, lack of special smell.
One of the disadvantages is probably the lack of CT scan.

The first time I signed up a child for tooth extraction, we waited 2 weeks and on the day of the clinic visit, they called back in a couple of hours and said they couldn't accept! The child was tuning up, getting ready, the father took time off from work! This is disrespectful and irresponsible attitude towards customers!

Avoid this place. I will share my bitter experience of installing implants. I contacted the company about the prosthetics of the lower jaw. As a result, after half a year, the issue was not closed, funds were spent and harm was done to health (chewing teeth were removed) . Now we need to look for a new doctor who will finish the work for these would-be specialists, because the doctor simply refused to give me prosthetics. It's a strange situation for a paid clinic. The reason for the refusal was not finances, but anthropological claims to my appearance. According to the doctor, the jaw does not meet the standards of the golden ratio. For 50 years, my imperfect jaw did not interfere with my life. I was not even offered temporary prostheses to install, This is the first time I have met with such rudeness.There are big questions about the license of medical services.

Despite the fact that the clinic is far away and inconvenient to get to, I have been trying to visit it for 5 years now. The staff is polite, the doctors work carefully and quickly, always paired with an assistant, as attentive as possible to the patient. The price tag, in my opinion, does not differ from other paid clinics.
