We bought a dress for our daughter's 11th grade graduation. They just lost their way((((
We bypassed a lot of retail outlets and centers: mostly low-grade consumer goods that don't catch the eye everywhere. There are a lot of things, but there is nothing to choose. It's good that the child has taste, but it's difficult. Sewing when you don't know what you want is like that. Cessna is the first store she wanted to visit. The fabric of the dresses on the mannequins at the entrance was of better quality and looked accordingly. Personally, we REALLY liked the service and non-standard approach, VERA - for me you are just a GODDESS AND A GURU OF PROFESSIONALISM AND STYLE, THANK YOU SO MUCH because my daughter looked like a queen in a dress!!!!! We left satisfied and happy)))

We decided to go look at the prom dress, when we came in, all the staff was busy, except for one woman, she just sat and talked, no one said hello, we stood for 10 minutes until at least someone came up and paid attention, although we called and asked, the dresses are presented only in one size, which is why there is no there is no way to really see how it will fit, there is only one fitting room for all clients, there is no appointment, so you can huddle in a small fitting room with six people, the staff is terrible, rude, they try to force the purchase of a more expensive dress, even if it looks bad, they put pressure on clients, saying that they do not understand anything, and the consultants are all super experts. They talk about their tiktok, about filming for 5 thousand dollars, but they can't hire normal consultants and do at least 2 fitting rooms. I don't advise anyone to come here!

Terrible consultant, dark one. Communicates with customers as unworthy of this world. It's not the first time I've heard such reviews about this place when this consultant is there.
I went to choose a dress for painting.I flew out of there without even looking ...
I asked to name the price range for midi models, (well, suddenly it doesn't suit me, well, name it, the cheapest and most expensive)But no...
also, I asked:Whether to sign up for a fitting or not. (Many salons have such a system)Is it possible to just try something on right now?
The woman raised an eyebrow, was silent for a second, and then in a condescending tone, as if I were guilty of all the sins of mankind, she said something vague about the need to sign up, look, and the dresses will be prepared. Although, according to the reviews here, I see that people have already come and taken dresses.
Then the consultant made a remark to me that I was talking loudly...although I didn't yell, I just cheerfully, without whispering, asked clear questions so that they would understand me.

We were with a friend at a fitting. We came to try it on and, if you like something, buy it. We are amazed by the quality of service, the service is excellent. The consultant greeted her with the words: "You actually need to come with your parents and buy right away." During our stay in the salon, she never suggested or advised us anything, looked at us as insolvent children and constantly reminded us to be careful with our dresses. But when another girl came with her mother, she immediately ran up to them and began to ask, suggest everything, help them try on. By the way, that unknown girl was brought to our fitting room without even asking, while we were still trying on. The blinds were opened several times while we were literally without clothes.
Instead of helping us, the consultant talked to someone on the phone about abstract topics, and when we left, she didn't even say goodbye.
The fabric of the dresses is simply disgusting.

A miraculously unspoiled prom due to the terrible quality of the fittings on the dress. We bought a dress for 500 bel. rubles in the hope of good quality. My daughter tried it on two or three times at the dressmaker's and did not wear it anymore, the dress hung neatly in the closet until graduation. The problems began an hour after the start of graduation, when the tension regulator broke on one harness, the harness flew off the shoulder all the time. But that's half the trouble. Then another harness just came off the bodice, as the plastic wheel that attaches the harness to the dress broke. As a result, I had to urgently bring another dress from home, since we live close to school. I think that no graduate would want to get into such a situation. And my daughter is skinny, dress size s. I wrote about all this in the Cessna Instagram chat, but no one answered me, there was no apology

He is trying to prove something passively and aggressively. When they asked to hang the dress for an hour, she said that if they asked to sell it during that hour, she would sell it-this was the last attempt to sell this dress. According to the Civil Code, Article 466, the seller does not have the right to sell anything to another client if there was an agreement. The dresses themselves are not worth the money and look much worse than on the website.
