I bought my apartment (residential complex Landmark Mogilev) through the VSP-real estate agency.
I can't say anything bad at all: employees are like a small child being led by the hand. There is a clear consultation and action plan at each stage. It's clear that it wasn't free, but if you compare how I bought my first apartment, it was a hassle, because we were trying to save money. The second time I bought, I decided to take a chance and buy through an agency and I realized that the money saved was not worth the nerves spent and mistakes made.
This is my opinion, I do not impose it on anyone. It's just that when I read the negative reviews about the VSP agency, it was on the one hand it was a rush to get in touch, but when I got in touch, I realized once again that people are different and people's situations are different: some can make a big deal out of a molehill. And working with people is one of the most difficult.
The agency on Kufara simply ignores messages, does not respond. He answers the phone very rudely. We were interested in one apartment, but the agency was not interested in selling it. Terrible service.
An excellent agency, please do not regret it, they work from the beginning to the end for the result, they will consult on any issue, they will advise you how best
Svetlana was constantly late for meetings, at the BTI, the sale of the real estate we were interested in was accompanied by lies, the focus itself was not able to sell and we had to live in rented housing until the issues were resolved.
The agency (Mogilev, Pervomaiskaya str., 23/2), which employs an excellent specialist Svetlana. I contacted this agency when selling an apartment. Svetlana did not just do her job, but regardless of her time, she tried to do everything possible to make the terms of sale as profitable as possible for me. She is polite, friendly, able to listen and help in a difficult situation. After talking with her, I had only pleasant impressions. I understand that everything written sounds somehow too enthusiastic. But this is true and somehow I don't want to downplay her merits. Thank you Svetlana.
