A very good clinic, two hours over my cat, four people stood with enemas and medicines, and he mocked them...🤭🤗
Very attentive, patient doctors, excellent equipment, even ultrasound, at hand. The cat got better the next day, otherwise he was dying...
THANK YOU VERY MUCH, to all the staff of the clinic...🥰😻🤝
I treat my tailed ones only here, Irina Valentinovna is a wonderful doctor with a capital letter, yes, sometimes she is harsh, but a master of her craft!
I don't know who writes such bad reviews. I take my cats to them all the time. Ugh, ugh, ugh, there were no unpleasant moments. The clinic is slightly cheaper than other clinics. The doctors are qualified. Ashurkova Irina Valentinovna operated on a cat that was bitten by a dog and tore a muscle, which caused the intestines to enter the muscle. It's called a hernia. I thought it would be expensive to operate, but she took little. She also castrated him. Because he's going to keep fighting. I have positive emotions about the clinic staff. It would be great if they moved into a spacious and modern building.
We brought our kitty 100 km away. Since we don't have a vet clinic. We thought they would help us here, but it was not there that we sat in line for 1.5 hours until our turn came, our pet had a heart attack, the doctor passed by and said that she was in extremely serious condition and went on. Just like they treat people in hospitals. We thought they would see such a situation and react quickly and help. When the turn came, they started watching it, gave injections, then said that if the night survives, then come to us in the morning. (100 km away )They didn't do anything specific, they didn't pump out the lungs, although they said that she had fluid in her lungs and didn't do everything possible that could save her (at least they offered and said how much it costs to save her, you doctors should do the maximum) our mistake was that we didn't go to another clinic and were not convinced of the diagnosis. But now we have to live with it and watch her die in agony.
For more than 30 years I have been bringing my animals (both dogs and cats) to them, with different diagnoses, they will always cure and consult. A wide range of services. The prices are not too high. Polite, friendly staff, on any shift. Knowledgeable vet.doctors. Good luck to your clinic!
On March 10, we took the cat to this "clinic" for castration and it was our terrible mistake. If you care about your pet, don't trust them with it. Firstly, the cat was not examined and injected with anesthesia, and after it was found out that the testicles were inside and what Irina Valentinovna Ashurkova, a veterinarian with experience, did, injected even more anesthesia and began to operate without ultrasound on the eye, as we were told later on ultrasound, she cut it, found nothing and sewed it up. As a result, our cat was recovering from this anesthesia!!three days and now he can only eat rice broth and he has 5 diseases. They gave away a healthy animal so that the hunt would disappear, but as a result, the poor animal is completely crippled. Utter disappointment. Think about it before you come here.
Ps: two months later, the cat burps like that. He can only eat expensive pate and just a little bit, the most important thing is that he is alive. Despite the negligent attitude in this clinic.
It's been half a year and our cat is still sick, dieting and vomiting after eating 🤦
We arrived there around the middle of March. The dog had inflammation on the skin, and severe itching hoping that it would help. It was already late in the evening. Vet came up to us.The doctor is Maria. With kind eyes, she began to ask what was wrong with the dog... I think everyone has found a good clinic. She said that let's not do anything yet, let it "BLOSSOM" STRONGER. I think it's weird... but what about the tests and all that... Well, once in a while. The doctor said they listened. She prescribed "Stopzud" and said to come in 2 weeks. For three days we gave the dog this drug, without any changes. Maria said let's do autohemotherapy with an antibiotic. I again... And the tests? Maria said it again two weeks later. I think well... OK. She knows better. It kind of helped, but only for four days, I got pimples again. After that, they referred to allergies... We just need to figure out what to do. They began to put antibiotics back on, which also helped for a maximum of four days. The dog was getting worse and worse... she was getting weaker, got all pimples, began to climb. I was already terrified. And Maria was reassuring, saying it's okay, you just switch. Then our dog began to be watched by Ashurkova I.V. the head physician. I prescribed her an Apoquel hormonal drug (and the dog was only 7 months old at that time, and a good experienced doctor would never prescribe this drug, knowing that hormones are contraindicated for puppies), prescribed some kind of ointment, and another hormonal drug, and some other drugs. All drugs, as it turned out, are antipruritic and anti-inflammatory, but they are not healing. In general, they were not treated, but ringed. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dog. And when we came to the next reception, we heard such words- vet.Doctor Natalia: where did you get this rotten thing, phew...
-Vet.doctor Evgeny: Ugh, how she stinks, she has one hundred percent staphylococcus, you understand that this is a verdict.
Well, damn it, if you see that she is in terrible condition and stinks, treat her! But they did not treat, but continued to ring. It feels like hinting at euthanasia.
With all these drugs that they supplied, they planted our dog's liver, reduced hemoglobin to a minimum... not understanding why... although again, a good experienced doctor should know that long-term use of antibiotics washes calcium out of the body, saddles the liver, reduces hemoglobin, etc.
Ashurkova I.V. was always running, in a hurry, and couldn't really say anything. Just some kind of bewilderment ...
In the end, after looking at it once again, she said to urgently take tests! after a month and a half! They almost killed my dog! After looking at the photo before we started going there, I was horrified. She was 90% ruined by these doctors and their treatment methods!!!!
I just briefly told you a part of what we went through in this clinic for a month and a half. We're not going back there anymore! So many tears were shed while we were there. And we suffered and our doggie. After calculating in general how much money was spent during this time, we found that about a HUNDRED THOUSAND were pulled from us.
I CAN SINGLE OUT A DOCTOR, EKATERINA. SHE'S A SMART GIRL. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. AND VLADIMIR, TOO, CAN GIVE THE RIGHT ADVICE.
Maybe they're not all bad, but they just do everything the way Ashurkova I.V. tells them, and ruin the animal.
Our cat was very ill. And the veterinarians already knew that he was going to die soon, but they still pulled money from us to the last for stupid systems and injections. It's very dirty and not pleasant there. The staff is not very polite, but not all.
There is nothing to compare it with. I found this clinic based on good reviews in 2009. Since then, that's where we've been going. I have never regretted it. Over the years, several ferrets have been castrated, cats have been sterilized, the consequences of spinal injury have been dealt with, pancreas has been treated, tumors have been removed. They did routine vaccinations. The doctors of the clinic coped with everything.
A terrible clinic and terrible doctors brought their kitty with a purulent wound to us and they did nothing, just mocked her. Doctors are rude and ill - fed . There is no doctor at home, it's just an advertisement. And we came to another clinic and they helped us a lot, they did everything well, the cat didn't even make a sound.
A very good team of employees, specialists of a good level, which is important, who are not indifferent to patients, in general, people are not accidental in the profession. They take ultrasound and X-rays on Sundays. One of the disadvantages is a small room and almost constant queues. I hope that this issue will be resolved over time, especially since, apparently, it will have to be resolved due to the upcoming demolition of dilapidated housing. It will probably cost a decent expense, but maybe you should start collecting donations for a new hospital?
Terrible clinic the cat was shaking, they gave 4 injections did nothing, then attention was prescribed the strongest antibiotic without any examinations horror
Super clinic!!!! Corrects what has been done in other clinics

It's a good clinic. Excellent staff of veterinarians. A successful operation was performed on a dog - oncology. They treated a stroke in a dog - successfully. You can have an ultrasound. The disadvantage is that there is no laboratory of its own.
