Excellent vet clinic! Thanks to the professionalism and indifference of the working staff, the cat was literally pulled out of the next world. At the time of treatment, the animal was in critical condition (severe vomiting of blood, temperature 40.6, dehydration). The necessary assistance was immediately provided and adequate treatment was prescribed. A week later, our pet became like new, despite the middle-aged years - 13 years old!
Dr. V.M. Lasitsa and his assistant showed maximum professionalism, correctness and compassion. They stroked the cat with us on ivs. Nowadays, such an attitude is generally rarely found in any field

We applied once, the rabbit got sick.

The doctor looked at everything, they left it at the day hospital in the vet clinic. It is very convenient that they work around the clock and look after the animal.
Unfortunately, our rabbit did not survive, they called us, we came and told us everything.
They treated her very tenderly and with understanding, the receptionist stroked the already dead rabbit and treated it with understanding.
They offered to cremate us and do everything for us.
It is very comfortable.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the veterinary clinic for their help in saving the cat Musi. Thanks to the professionalism of the doctors, it was possible to quickly understand the cause of the malaise and eliminate the problem without surgery. Our cat secretly chewed the threads that got stuck on the root of the tongue and in the intestines (((. We have completed all the necessary treatment and recovery (ivs, injections, medications) and now we feel great.

I really did not want to put such an assessment and even write a review, since we have been served here for a very long time and the attending veterinarian seemed to be a competent person, a professional in his field, but yesterday :) instead of giving a pill for worms to a cat, his poor man was poked around the table and at the same time one employee was still standing and did nothing! I was just watching a picture of an animal being bullied. I'm not saying that in the end, no one did anything and left us and the cat to blame for this, no one offered an alternative to the pill or at least apologized for the greasy treatment of the animal. I understand that the cases are different and veterinarians are also people and may be in different moods, but still your job is to help animals, not rape them.

If you want to make your animal worse, come here, they will definitely help you. We went to the clinic, because the cat had something pinched in the sacrum area, they pricked it and sent it for a picture, they said from the picture that there was a small crack and it was necessary to give 8! non-steroidal drugs (this is a lot), although after the injection the cat already felt better. After taking the pills, the cat stopped eating and she developed kidney failure (or maybe it wasn't an injury at all, because after that other doctors looked at the picture and saw nothing critical there to prescribe such a dose of serious drugs to the animal that provoked a kidney problem). We went for injections, the cat only got worse! Injections, as it turned out later, are intended to treat the liver, not the kidneys, and in our situation they will not help at all. And in principle, they do not have the opportunity to help with our problem. We learned about this from another doctor at the same clinic. Is this normal? Why do you prescribe injections for a completely different problem? Of course, we managed to earn money, because we left a lot of money at the clinic. But I don't understand this approach. I do not recommend anyone to come here with their pets!
