It's a pretty decent clinic. The staff is friendly, but without overkill. Questions are listened to carefully and answered to the point. The appointment is by appointment, but if the doctor was released earlier, then they will not pickle in the corridor. The cat was vaccinated quickly and without unnecessary stress for the animal. We have been contacting the clinic since the first days of opening. We take a cat and a dog for vaccinations, and also recently performed surgery on the dog.

In the summer, the dog's baby teeth were pulled out. There are no complaints about the medical staff, everything was done efficiently, the dog quickly recovered from anesthesia, although it is not so easy to calculate anesthesia for small sellers, everything went without complications. In addition to one thing, for which I put 3 stars instead of five.
When making an appointment with a doctor, I clarified the cost of both anesthesia and tooth extraction, I was given the amount of 70p (40p anesthesia and 10p for each tooth). But at the end of the procedure, I was presented with a bill of 100 rubles. When I asked what the surcharges were for, I was told that it was for the intravenous catheter and premedication before anesthesia and for the medicine (anesthesia itself). I felt extremely awkward, I paid the money and left, although I know that all this should be included in the price or it should be reported in advance that you need to pay extra for it. After all, I will not put an intravenous catheter at home and will not do premedication myself before anesthesia... It's good that the money was in reserve, but what if it wasn't? From my point of view, this is concealment or, in other words, deception. I don't know whose fault it is with the administration or the girl at the reception, but it would be better if this didn't happen anymore.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I learned the following - the doctor is not in place, I canceled the appointment myself by phone, we can not help in any way. It was thought up from the car that the doctor was called urgently and therefore he is not in place. That is, in my blue eye they lie to me that I canceled the appointment, then a version appears that the doctor left and therefore there is no reception. Money is spent, time is spent, and the most important waste is the day of my cat's life, which needs to be operated on. Arriving home, I signed up again, because this doctor was advised to me as a great specialist, the best in Gomel, there is nowhere to go. Arriving the next day, I was refused admission, because "I brought the girl at the reception to tears," san sanych himself deigned to shout that he had family circumstances, etc. It seems to me that if the doctor fails to receive the patient, then they take a magic stone called a phone in advance and call warning about it so that the person does not waste time, money and nerves. The staff is completely unfit for work, the service is disgusting, I will write complaints about everyone involved. The clinic stinks of urine, which is cleaned with an ordinary rag without disinfectants and other inventions of mankind. 0 points out of 100

This is the best veterinary clinic in Gomel. We recently got there with a Yorkshire terrier. The dog did not get up on its paws and generally stopped barking and wagging its tail. We purposefully came to Alexander Alexandrovich, he examined the dog and prescribed treatment, ivs and injections. After a week of treatment with them, the dog began to wag its tail and bark, and three days later it got up on its paws and began to move quietly. Even after a week of treatment at home on pills, the dog is already running. I am very grateful to our doctor, he is a real doctor of Aibolit. Thank you very much, good health to him and his family. And I would also like to add that the staff at this clinic is incomparable, attentive and treat animals very well. Now, on occasion, I will take my dog only to these specialists, and I drove a dog from Novobelitsa. Once again, many thanks to this team.
