It so happened that a family friend named Boss suddenly fell ill, at that moment it seemed to me that my dog was between life and death. 09/27/24 I rushed to the clinic without an appointment, where we were met by veterinarian Yakovenko Anna Sergeevna and her assistant Natalia, immediately took tests, did an ultrasound, conducted all the necessary examinations, and without wasting a minute began treatment. After four days of excruciating, unbearably long ivs, painful injections, our Boss blossomed and returned to a full, healthy, fun life. On March 1, 2024, they signed up for sterilization and on March 2, Dr. Anna Sergeevna successfully operated on the kitty. Everything was on schedule, on time, without any failures, smoothly, courteously and politely. An hour later, we received the cat from the operating room, she had already regained consciousness. Prices are reasonable, you can choose a regular or cosmetic seam, all consumables are included in the price, they give you a set of medicines for postoperative care and a printed memo on how and when to do it. They helped me pick up food. The doctors are in touch, they tell you everything. It's been 11 days, the cat has recovered quickly, I didn't even expect it. I liked everything very much, the 1.5-month-old kitten came to get an injection after the operation, they told us that they were scratching their eyes and ears, they also looked at our ears with a special device with light and checked the eyes.
There are medicines on sale and good quality food, toys for animals, trays, beds.
Pleasant interiors, very friendly staff.
The most pleasant thing is that they work on Sunday, because not every clinic in Minsk is open.
The prices are reasonable.

In autumn, the kitten needed help again (severe diarrhea, which could not be stopped by anything), we came here again. I didn't even have to ask for an ultrasound, they prescribed very good treatment and the kitten recovered.
I was impressed by one moment - when they were waiting for an injection and the doctors had two urgent patients, they were delayed for more than an hour - this is not often seen.

Why are some people ready to take off the last panties from the client and for some reason assign unnecessary droppers, etc., but here the guys are really ready to help! This is terrible!!! I hope someone will read my review and protect their pet from an unqualified doctor Kuchma Anna Petrovna. There was no inspection at all, although we paid for it at a double rate, it turned out to be a double payment on weekends! The dog did not even have his temperature measured, an incorrect diagnosis was made on the eye, and antibiotics were prescribed.
We went to another clinic, the dog turned out to have a common allergy.What is the most terrible thing about all this, such boorish communication of the doctor not only with me but also with the animal, no one gave the doctor the right to grab my dog by the scruff and yell at him, this is wild for me.How does she treat animals when there are no owners around? In general, I will not describe all the details, for a long time, I wrote so that other animals would not suffer at least from improper treatment.
