Kitty got an education, we came from Astana, we visited several clinics.
We arrived at the Karaganda clinic and only here they explained everything to me in detail in an accessible language and, most importantly, calmed me down. An operation was successfully performed to remove the mammary glands and sterilize an aged cat. Every day they called and reported on the condition of the kitty. Even many kilometers away, I was calm about the condition of my pet.
Our doctor, Daria Yakoboy, was in touch from beginning to end and even now, after discharge, answers all my questions. All the staff is polite, friendly and, most importantly, sincere love and respect for animals are felt.
Only here I really saw specialists with a capital letter, whose actions inspire confidence 🫂
