I was advised to feed him cow's milk three times a day and wipe his eyes with tea for conjunctivitis. They gave me an injection and let me go home. The next day, I went to another clinic, where it turned out that the treatment was chosen incorrectly. It turned out that cow's milk is contraindicated for kittens, and the eyes need to be treated with a special ointment and the tummy massaged to help go to the toilet (before that, he did not defecate during the day). The only advantage of this clinic is low prices. However, I do not recommend anyone to go there.
