The doctors are good, but it's just sooo expensive. The day off is Sunday and Monday... And for me, the weekend was a very unpleasant surprise, since there are no other clinics, only in Minsk and Dzerzhinsk. I had an operation on the cat on Friday and it was necessary to do bougie on a mandatory basis for 4-5 days. To take them to where they operated is sooo far away. And the doctor said that such a procedure should not necessarily be able to be done by a surgeon. Well, I think it's great we have a clinic in the city..... On Saturday, I also took her to my doctor, I had to fork out for a taxi, since with three transfers it is necessary to go in public (electron, metro, bus) (and a cat with stitches and wounds, it's hot outside) and then I find out that no one on duty in Fanipolskaya works on weekends. I had to take a taxi back to Minsk and take two days off from work. Weekends are needed, of course. But everything happens, sometimes you can not manage to bring an animal to Minsk if something happened on Sunday or Monday

Terrible service.. We came to the appointment, the doctor identified the problem, asked to tell us what to do (i.e. we came to identify the problem and get treatment). As a result, the doctor goes to the chief physician, returns and says, "The chief physician said not to tell you anything.". I understand that this is the norm at this time..

A very good clinic! We were at your place with the mongrel Martha. They helped a lot with postoperative consultations, were always in touch and were ready to help. The entire clinic staff is on top! Our favorite clinic!! After moving, I was afraid that I would not find such a veterinarian in the Republic of Belarus as I had with us. And here, in the Fanipol clinic, you can say you found one right here! Recording does not mean anything in this clinic and upon arrival you can spend time in line with other visitors, in a very cramped room and it is not pleasant if you come by appointment with a small kitten, and there are several large dogs in the room WITHOUT a MUZZLE and this is by appointment. No one thinks that the client needs to be notified about this and, as a last resort, reschedule the recording. I do not recommend this clinic, there is no idea of a normal service and perhaps conditions too. Well, the price tags are the same as in the capital. If there is an opportunity to go to a medical clinic, then this will be the right decision.
