A very unpleasant, boorish and not professional female director (I'm not sure if she's a doctor at all). She treated the pedigreed sick cat haughtily and contemptuously and refused to accept her for treatment, although money for treatment was offered as well as for a pedigreed one. Avoid this basement and don't waste your nerves and time.
