So I read the reviews, and I decided I should write to myself. To be fair, I can't say that I'm not happy with everything at this clinic either. And I go there regularly. So, from the cons, in my opinion:
1. The queue and the long wait, although for the clinic it is an indicator, a rating, in terms of attendance.
2. Prices. Yes, it's expensive for the average person, given that the risk of contracting infectious diseases, ticks, and the like is now very high, and the number of visitors is increasing, so are the costs. And prices bite.
3. A small room near the reception desk for waiting for an appointment. When a decent queue gathers, it gets crowded, and sick animals react differently to each other.
Well, now about the pleasant. There will be more of this.
1. Initial admission. No matter what we handled, we were treated carefully and professionally. We examined him, listened to him, and began the diagnosis.
2. Our diagnosis was different each time, because we dealt with different problems. X-rays, tests, and all other manipulations were carried out successfully and professionally.
3. The appointment of treatment and assistance was done correctly, a catheter, injections and ivs were placed, and the medicine was given at home (we dribbled at home ourselves), we told you in detail what to do and how to do it.
4. Final recovery appointment, examined, blood control was performed and recommendations were given on the care and nutrition of the recovering animal.
So now, in conclusion, I will say that the life and health of our pets are in our hands and it depends on us how soon they recover. How soon did you notice your poor condition, and how quickly did you get ready for the clinic? And how generously you paid for the drugs. I know from my own experience that when you delay even a day, it's already more difficult to get treated, and you try to save money, it's also not an option for a speedy recovery. In my case, that's exactly what happened once, but only because I live very far from the clinic and I had to feed the dog at home, of the two seriously ill dogs with viral enteritis, I saved only one, the second died. But it's my own fault, and the doctors have nothing to do with it. It's easier to blame someone. But this will not bring your pet back to you, and your malicious review of the clinic deprives any animal of a chance at life. I intentionally did not mention our attending doctors and paramedics, because they were different. I know that they are all doing well and sincerely trying to help you and your pets. Believe me, only a great love for animals moves these people, and their sincere help is paid not only with your money, but also with the Grateful eyes of your pets. I wish you all good health, good luck and prosperity. And the key to the health of our younger brothers is vaccination, this is their chance of survival.
If it were possible to put 0 stars, they would have killed the cat with their stupid, incompetent treatment. We came to an appointment, the doctor examined us, said the diagnosis, prescribed treatment for 3 days, these 3 days the cat was clearly better, but on the 4th day the animal began to literally die before our eyes, we came back to them, the reception said wait for 9 animals in front of you, we went to another clinic because we could not wait reception. We were admitted to another clinic almost immediately, but unfortunately the animal could not be saved. The cat died. But the veterinarian we came to almost immediately did an ultrasound after the chance, and revealed that she had inflammation on her uterus, 2x2cm in size! actually, that's what the cat died of. If they had bothered to do an ultrasound on the day we contacted Chance, then the animal could have been cured with surgical intervention by performing surgery, but Chance's "specialists" decided to diagnose it by eye and made a mistake, and their beloved animal could not be returned. I hope Chance's veterinarians are treated the same way in human hospitals. So if you want to take an animal for treatment, then take it anywhere but to them, my advice to you.
Not only do I not recommend this veterinary clinic, but I strongly recommend avoiding these executioner doctors. The cat got sick with CKD, these so-called doctors did not even prescribe an IV for him, which should have cleansed his body and maintained balance (the cat should have been lying on an IV for a good day, it would not have allowed him to deplete, but there are stupidly no round-the-clock hospitals in the DNR), so these idiots just stabbed him in the withers, which is just a gross mistake. On the second day, I took the cat to another veterinary clinic, if this medical error had at least somehow affected my cat, I would have smashed the cabin of this stupid doctor
They brought a dog that fell on its paws, the veterinarian Yarovaya Anna Vladimirovna did an ultrasound, X-ray (she did, but she said I don't really understand, but let's see), she didn't touch the dog, practically didn't talk, she just prescribed an anesthetic and said to call in the morning, after the call she just froze off and said she couldn't prescribe treatment, He doesn't know the diagnosis! Question, the person took 7t.rubles, just
shaved off the money without a diagnosis and without prescribed treatment, the person did not even try to help...It is a pity that such a farrier works in this institution. We went to another vet clinic in another city, showed tests and scans, to which the veteran said they just took money from you. The question is, why, if you don't have any brains, take an examination and take pictures, take tests if you're stupid and can't help. I strongly do not recommend this veterinarian!
My cat was killed at the Chance vet clinic.
A week ago, the pet was taken there, the doctor felt him slightly and said that he had pulmonary edema, in the future they did not take any tests from him and did not do an ultrasound. They prescribed furosemide, but the cat was getting worse, the masterpiece "veterinarians" namely :Bogdana Vladimirovna Strilets and Anna Igorevna Sticharnaya came to the conclusion that he already had kidney problems. They didn't come up with anything better than how to start injecting a saline drip, supposedly it helps for the kidneys and heart. We took responsibility and took him to another doctor, she said that it was horse doses of diuretics and the water did not leave his lungs, but the diuretic dried his body and took out all the vitamins. Eventually, the cat died. Note that we didn't even have time to start the new treatment. Think a hundred times about whether it is worth taking the animal to this clinic. Incompetent veterinarians work in this vet clinic!!!!
I recommend: Doctors: Maxim Vladimirovich and Anna Igorevna. We went through the circles of hell in Donetsk in various veterinary clinics, but received real help only in Makeyevka, we got there on the recommendations of friends. Now we are discussing only here: yes, it is far away, yes there is a general queue - there is no appointment for a general appointment, but these are real doctors, real veterinarians. Thanks!!! And God Bless you!!!
I want to leave a review about this institution, we went there with a dog and were satisfied, the doctor Anna Igorevna is the best specialist, there was no chance that the dog would survive, she took the risk and performed surgery, and saved. So I want to say that it's not the veterinarians who destroy the animals, but we ourselves, I can't say anything bad about the veterinary clinic, there really are excellent specialists in their field.
It's a terrible clinic, the name doesn't match it at all... They brought a cat there, pulled its hind legs, took an X-ray, said that it had been hit and needed to be put down. We refused their advice, examined the cat at home, and as a result, she had several bites from a large animal.. is it just how the vet examined and diagnosed? They began to wash her wounds themselves and give injections, after half a year the animal is completely healthy.
And they took a lot of money for the procedures.
I want to share my positive experience of visiting the veterinary clinic "Chance". We went there with the problem of our pet's health, and the specialists provided us with highly qualified assistance.
I would like to note separately the professionalism and care of the veterinarian Anna Vladimirovna. She was always polite and patient, answered all our questions and explained how to take care of our dog. And most importantly, she correctly diagnosed and prescribed the right treatment, which led to a rapid recovery. I was also pleased with the cozy atmosphere of the clinic and comfortable conditions for animals.
We were satisfied with the quality of service and are glad that we chose this particular clinic. We recommend Chance to anyone who is looking for a reliable and experienced veterinarian for their pet.
The boors work alone! A one-year-old dog urgently needed help, water got into his ear, and began to flow. The baby whines, does not let you touch, it is obvious that it hurts. We spent a lot of money on a taxi from another city, arrived 10 minutes before closing time, hoping to at least buy drops. They just threw us out the door, saying, "Come at 9:00 tomorrow, it's already closed." We agree, we arrived a little late, but from the puppy age we were treated and vaccinated there, not from the street, and still they didn't even sell the fucking drops, explaining that it might be neglected otitis media, we need to take a bunch of tests, and now no one will do it. Thank you very much, God forbid something serious would happen. An excellent private clinic, where only money is charged.
I do not recommend this clinic!!! 07/20/2024. I brought my cat to the Chance clinic for the first time, only because there is an ultrasound. After we had been in line for 1.5 hours with a sick cat. We were received by Yarovaya Anna Vladimirovna. We had an ultrasound and a blood test, but the diagnosis was never made. She said that her kidneys were enlarged, but there was no cirrhosis of the liver. According to her, since the kidneys are enlarged, it means we will treat the liver, prescribed a bunch of medications, injections and pills. They charged me 6016 rubles for everything. But on the morning of 07/22/2024, he stopped eating and his paws parted when he tried to walk. I took him straight to the Veterinary Clinic, which is located on Plekhanov street, Donetsk, 70. By the way, it's a great clinic. They immediately told me that his kidneys had already failed. I was shocked. How is it that after ultrasound and tests, this illiterate Spring Anna Vladimirovna could not see that the cat had kidneys. So, out of ignorance, she decided to treat her liver in order to somehow pump out money. 07/22/2024 I buried my cat Roni. If you value the life and health of your pet, think a hundred times before contacting them at the clinic.
This star is a stretch just because they have equipment for tests , everything else did not help my beloved cat , went for more than a week DAILY, injections , IVs , checkups! It's not even about pumping out money! The cat on the 8th day in the morning suddenly became ill, he was in critical condition! I immediately took the cat to the hospital! with a dying cat, when I met a veterinarian at the hospital, He replied, we must first sign up and go through the queue ! It's good that a sensible person was found in this hospital and accepted the cat!as a result, the cat was euthanized and also for money . Draw your own conclusions.,,,,,,
I do not recommend the Chance clinic, it makes a solid impression, it is actually very expensive, and the veterinarian knows little about anything, it's good that they did not go for a second examination, otherwise they would have pumped out the money, and the result is 0...
Terrible clinic!!!!!!!! The way to cure an animal is to put it to sleep.Don't waste your time, look for other veterinary clinics. They're stalling on time and money!!!!!!!!!
We went to the clinic with hemorrhage in a bitch at 1 month of pregnancy. She had an ultrasound, the doctor said there was no threat. Three puppies were clearly visible on the ultrasound. A month later, Lolochka gave birth to three healthy babies.
We signed up for an ultrasound in a day, we didn't sit in line.
I'll give you one star. Expensive, beautifully rich.
They brought a dying cat, took a blood test for 2000 from us, according to the tests, a perfectly healthy cat, everything is normal.
It's good that we didn't sit still watching our "healthy" cat get worse and worse, and went to the state clinic, where they took 400 rubles for analysis, our cat has hepatitis and pancreatitis. We are currently treating, but precious time has been lost and there are few chances.
Be damned for those animals that you killed for the sake of enrichment.
They brought a cat in the spring, which was bitten by dogs. It is convenient that the clinic is open on Sunday. The rest of the clinics that I found on the Internet were closed, maybe I didn't call all of them. But here the situation was critical and help was needed urgently. A doctor's examination, X-ray and ultrasound were performed. The cat underwent surgery and sterilization at the same time, was hospitalized for 5 days, everything went well. The cat is streetwise, aggressive, plus the animal had a shock, but the staff coped.
After that, they brought their pet dog with a tumor for surgery, too, there are no complaints. I liked the clinic itself and the attentive staff.
They brought a dog from another city in a serious condition, rather even in critical condition, took us urgently without an appointment, did an ultrasound, an IV, injections and prescribed treatment to stabilize the condition so that they could operate, a couple of days later they performed a band operation, the dog is 6 years old, large, overweight and aggressive, but despite the complexity of the situation, the operation was successful, the seam is perfectly neat and smooth. After the operation, they contacted us by phone, because there were difficulties with giving injections to the dog (the dog felt much better, she got up on her paws at night after the operation, and the next day she was already walking, and actually, due to the improvement in her well-being, it became very difficult to give injections and droppers) and we changed the treatment to a more acceptable one in this situation, for which special thanks! We express our great gratitude for the saved lives to all the staff of the Chance veterinary clinic, and separately to the doctor who received us Bogdana Vladimirovna, and the doctor who operated on Anna Igorevna, thank you for your work!
We were at the clinic on the second of January, when everything was closed everywhere, the dog was correctly diagnosed, treatment was prescribed, thank you all, the dog is alive and well
I do not recommend going to this clinic if you want to find out the diagnosis. I arrived and said that the dog had vomiting, diarrhea and drool hanging from his jaw, as a result, she took blood from the vein, did an analysis. In general, I did not receive a diagnosis of the dog, but I had IV medications on my hands. I was nervous, I didn't get the diagnosis out of my worries and went quickly to look for medicines that were not in any pharmacy. I went to another veterinary clinic three days later and was diagnosed without a dog, it turned out to be distemper. The dog is already on the verge of death and I couldn't do anything anymore.
Once I came with a guy to vaccinate her, they said that from three months, but it turned out that the first vaccination should be done from 8 weeks.
THIS CLINIC IS TO BLAME FOR THE DEATH OF MY DOG!!!!

We were here with a cat with food poisoning. There is an ultrasound and a specialist on it. There is its own blood laboratory, where answers will be given day after day (we waited for 30 minutes). There are assistants who will help with fixation during blood collection or other manipulations. There are paramedics who will carry out the procedures and follow up. There are infusomats and additional rooms where animals do not intersect so as not to create stress. There is a shop on the street, and in the courtyard as you enter the gate there is Parking (whether it is paid, I do not know, we came by taxi).
The reception room is on the second floor. You go in and go up the stairs to the left. Don't forget to put on shoe covers that will be lying in your way. People come to the clinic with various diseases, so in order not to bring anything like that on the sole of their shoes, it is better to wear these shoe covers.
There is a small pet store inside the building.
The queue moved slowly, but then the doctor took us for a long time and carefully.
It is better not to delay the visit, if you notice deviations in the animal's health, go immediately so as not to miss the moment.
I wish you all good health! And prosperity clinic!
The "doctors" of this clinic killed my dog!!! Two days ago I brought a pet with a bad appetite, the "doctors" said that the tick! They prescribed treatment after which the dog got worse, brought her back the next day, said she had heart problems, prescribed a bunch of medications and gave her 3 injections. The dog was not taken home, died on the way (((((((
