They take a lot, they don't know how to heal. They want to look clean and beautiful. Lots of photos with purebred pets. What's the use? They came to this profession to "cut loot", not to help. There are no night attendants in the hospital. What is the hospital for then??? And we didn't see proper care during the day either - the dropper can give a signal for a long time, but no one comes up. And there are many more such negative moments, a lot!!!
I want to wish the staff of this institution: may you and your relatives be treated the way you treated our beloved pet!!! In my opinion, this is a fair wish. I advise pet owners not to bring their pets to these strange people. There are no professionals in this place!!! Don't ruin your fuzzies!!!
They killed a kitten! Negligent attitude and lack of interest in helping! A 5-month-old cat was brought in with just one symptom - weak activity. The diagnosis was not made! They didn't send us for additional tests! They made IVs, put antibiotics on without even knowing what was wrong with her. There was a confident assumption for some kind of virus, exactly what the veterinarian said!!!! She was getting worse and worse. After the treatment started, the cat started having seizures and just stopped holding its head! We OURSELVES asked for additional tests or scans for her, and we assumed and ruled out illnesses OURSELVES. Our darling died a painful death, because she was simply "healed"! Don't get your hopes up and don't trust this pet clinic for anything! Don't expect anyone to help you! It is better to have no treatment at all than with their help! We unknowingly trusted and believed them! As a result, the baby was buried!

They took me to another clinic, where they did all the tests, did an ultrasound scan and found that all the internal organs were in order, and it was in the spinal column, the nerve was pinching. That is, they began to treat it, which is fine as it is, thereby worsening the dog's condition.
There are no specialists, the nurse is even afraid to insert a catheter into a vein on her paw, says "suddenly I won't get there" and calls the chief doctor
They just rip off money for useless services, no desire to help a poor animal, negligent attitude

The clinic is good. Very much in demand. We were professionally assisted. The dog is a Russian toy terrier- cutlet on legs. We lived to be 12 years old, everything was OK, we walked without a leash. But at one fine moment we met a young domestic dog of medium size (a mixture of huskies with a terrier). He grabbed my Badger like an Ace grabbed a rag. After the teeth, there were two, so to speak, puncture wounds. We thought it would heal. He was constantly licking them. The next day they called the clinic, the queue turned out to be 1.5 days ahead. I should have gone right away, then I would have been immediately accepted as an emergency. As it was, the skin necrotized, pockets formed, and after removing the dead tissues, an extensive wound surface was formed. The veterinarians are aware, they warned that the treatment will take a month. I liked Irina the most, she was the first to accept us and we stuck to her. Although we were served by all the doctors. His hands are dexterous, they know their business. And catheters were placed, and the wound was cared for, and antibiotics were prescribed. Bandages were performed 3 times a day at first, 1 time a day in the Hospital. We went there as if we were at home. Fortunately, it is nearby. We've met everyone. I liked everything. I'm a doctor myself. The vet clinic is clean. The staff is attentive. They specify a lot of services. It's expensive for the price, but tolerable. It's good that there is such a clinic. Thanks to all the doctors and staff! My dog is fine!

The operating room is the prakhadny yard. In my presence, the girl from the reception came in during the operation without a mask and without shoe covers. What kind of sterility can there be? When carrying out manipulations, no one wears gloves — complete unsanitary conditions, a careless and indifferent attitude towards you and your pets. But they are not interested in your wallet in this. But the question is not about money, but about life. Treated and healed. And who will be responsible? A truly blind person is one who sees and closes his eyes.

The whole truth about the Umka veterinary clinic: I got acquainted with this clinic 3 months ago, when I bought a puppy. The clinic is located near my house and works around the clock, so it was convenient for me. The staff is quite attentive and friendly. Everything was fine while I was contacting them on minor issues (I have three dogs, so I often have to ask for vet help, then vaccinate, then remove stitches, etc.), but when my four-month-old puppy was severely poisoned and I turned to them for help, I was very surprised the next day by the EXTREME THE LACK of PROFESSIONALISM of the clinic's medical staff. It all started with the fact that we could not be diagnosed for two days and were constantly told that such symptoms could occur with at least four diseases. When I asked why we are being treated, I was told that the treatment IN ALL THESE CASES IS THE SAME!!! At the same time, on many-hour droppers, the owner himself needs to control the process!!! The clinic keeps an appointment for a certain time, while we have never been accepted in our time, the appointment is shifted by almost an hour!!! Then the head doctor came up with the idea that my puppy had an interitis and just strongly advised me to leave the clinic and treat the puppy at home!!!! After my convincing request, we were still taken on a drip, and ten minutes later it turned out that we no longer had an Internet connection!!! Separately, I would like to mention the director Elena Nikolaevna, who reacted extremely inadequately to my remark about the huge and unacceptable delay in recording: she had the audacity to express her dissatisfaction with my comment about the untimely start of the appointment and advised us to find another clinic in this case. In her defense, she explained that they have sooooo many patients and they just don't have time to serve everyone, while she slightly forgot that on the same day I found her discussing the "incomprehensibility" of my colleague who helped me with a puppy during ivs... So, excuse me, where does your time go??? On the huge number of patients or on gossip??? As a result, I was just afraid that I would lose the dog, and she was getting worse every day of the "treatment", and urgently transported the dog to a NORMAL CLINIC, where we immediately had a full examination, were diagnosed and on the first day of treatment the puppy went on the mend. To sum up, I want to say this: if you need to trim the claws of an animal or clean the ears, then feel free to go to Umka, and if your pet is seriously ill, do not take any risks, take him to a normal clinic, because there are no professional veterinarians in Umka.
I don't advise anyone to get involved with these killers. All they do is make money, they can't make an accurate diagnosis, only assumptions. You constantly need to tell what to do, you need to stop the droppers yourself and remind them of everything, they're going about their business somewhere. Everything is expensive!
