The cat is a fizz and a scratch for strangers, but here - she just almost completely succumbed to any manipulations performed with her...The cat was diagnosed correctly on the day of treatment, after a couple of days of treatment in another clinic, where she only got worse, poisoning was treated there, but it turned out that we had pyometra (pus in the uterus)..A sad experience-do not give an unsterilized cat hormonal drops and sterilize on time, otherwise the consequences can be disastrous!!!!! They passed tests and did an ultrasound..operation...And here - we just saved our pet in time!!! At the same time, they prescribed treatment for the foot, which began to bend after treatment in the first clinic, we also do not yet know what caused it, whether the injection was not done correctly, or an injury... And once again, thank you very much for your work!!!!!

I came for the first time when the cat was very ill. Firstly, in a panic, the cat is dying in my arms, so I was still waiting for my turn to reach me. She's in tears herself. She asked for help. ZERO REACTION. When I was already admitted, the doctor said (the woman) that it was necessary to put me to sleep, it was fatal. Another doctor (a man) comes and says that it is still possible to save.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE, WHERE IS YOUR EXPERIENCE??? what kind of doctors do I work for ??
A situation where my friend did not know what to do with a cat. The wound was open. She arrived late at 19:30, I understand everything, you work until 8 pm. But we also work when there is no opportunity to take time off from work.
The doctor (m) comes out, asks the guests what you have this time, and the snot went, feces were taken in a jar. I didn't even pay attention to my friend, I didn't ask you what happened. So 10 minutes before closing time he comes out and is rude :- What are you waiting for here (with a grin).
Do you think this is normal? Thank you very much to the laboratory assistant girl who was able to tell me what to do.
I think she is the most experienced of all doctors and fits the bill.
The situation happened again recently. The cat is in terrible condition. The doctor (male) took her in, put a catheter in, the cat screamed in pain. When asked what is the name of the injection that was administered. To which he replied, I will not tell you, you will also kill the cat, you will kill it. I don't need to know that you are injecting my cat or how to understand it!?
Come the next day I will do everything myself (of course you will do 50 rubles for one injection).
We went to another clinic on the same day. They took tests, the cat didn't even squeak in pain!
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET CLINIC UNTIL THE STAFF CHANGES TO EXPERIENCED DOCTORS.

After the ultrasound, it turned out that the dog's feces were not coming out. this caused dropsy and suppuration of the internal cavity. during the operation, MORE was SIMPLY REMOVED.THAN it should be . The fecal sac was cut out.Everyone was shocked. The dog was left with no chance.I had to put him down. A vital part of the organ was simply cut out......Doctors like KURILCHIK TATYANA ROMANOVNA should not be allowed to operate.It's very hard for us, it was a family member. It is clear when an animal leaves due to age or illness. And here (((( I'm writing so that no one gets into the same situation as us.
