Doctor Marmysh generally pressed the poor cat on his stomach so that he urinated while he was screaming like a knife. He says to take tests, but God forbid to take anything in that clinic, and the cat is completely dehydrated, it is forbidden to take tests.
No diets have been prescribed, although it is mandatory, like feeding a cat on a whim.
The cat didn't get better, only worse! I couldn't sleep at night, I walked every 10 minutes to check if she was breathing.
As a result, the cat went completely limp tonight, we went to another clinic "The condition is critical, take it urgently, we will pull it out." I took him to the other side of the city.
The veterinarian wondered for a long time how such drugs could be prescribed without knowing the exact condition, why a catheter was not immediately inserted into the urethra, why it was not pumped. Injections, ivs, catheters were given all night, the cat did not react in any way even to painful procedures, he was on the verge of life and death for so long, the temperature was below 32, they raised him as much as they could.
As a result, he felt better, his eyes were more alive, he was able to raise his head, he showed at least some reaction to external factors, as if he had miraculously recovered, yes, but due to the incompetence of other doctors, the prognosis was that he would not survive this night, they did everything they could.
I survived the night, but in the morning all the neighbors heard my tantrum.

And those who value money and the health of their little one, in no case should they bring them here. And let me remind you, we brought with us an eye problem that they did not solve in any way. We didn't even look at it. And we bought the drops ourselves and we drip them ourselves. 1. The girl did not ask me about a possible pregnancy when she took an X-ray to the cat! This is blatant incompetence, which could lead to consequences!
2. Employees will not ask what your budget is, whether you can pay for the service. They will do everything first, and then once, and the bill is more than 100 rubles (at one time). Of course, the pet's health comes first, but there is not one clinic in the city, if I am not satisfied with the price, I can contact another one. (You will not be given any paper with a presumptive diagnosis, a list of procedures performed, or medications administered).
3. The workers do not know how to talk to the owners of the animals at all (a complaint to the two young people who work there, not to the girl). If you try to ask them questions about the treatment, the procedure, they begin to respond sarcastically, condescendingly. And all their answers boil down to the fact that it's just necessary, and why, well, you're not a veterinarian, you won't understand.
This assessment is only due to the fact that the director, as you can see, is rooting for his clinic. But the attitude of staff towards customers needs to change.

They were already taken to another clinic, they said that they did not need to do any ivs. The lump was formed due to the fact that the drug was injected directly into the skin, they said to smear it with ointment, if it does not pass, you will have to have surgery. Or maybe, against the background of stress, that they kept her in the clinic for a day, it is unknown what they did or did not do, and she died! Sergey Tikhanovich is the best veterinarian, a true professional and a fan of his business. He saved our dog three times, we only contact his clinic.
