I liked the center, all the specialists are polite and friendly. A cardiologist arrives from Minsk, they do an ultrasound. The center is cozy, everything is conveniently located. The prices are affordable.
On September 22, we were back at the vet clinic. The staff is polite, attentive, you can get information on reception by phone, they will calm you down in such an exciting situation when a pet is sick. The prescribed treatment was immediately started, and the cat immediately felt better. At the clinic, you can take tests, do an ultrasound, and buy the necessary medicines. I was very pleased.

Hello.We visited the clinic with a kitten 4 times.After the last visit, I got the feeling that you only need to go to this place for routine checkups and vaccinations, but this clinic is not suitable for serious and emergency cases!The last request was on 01/18/2025.There were complaints of vomiting, refusal to eat and drink.At the same time, I emphasized that the cat periodically had difficulty breathing.We looked at the mouth and measured the temperature.But they didn't listen, but they immediately told me to drip, took the blood, and then they gave me more injections.They prescribed 50 ml of phys.the solution.As a result, only 38 ml were dug out!!!The remaining 12 ml. they said they would flush the system))While we were dripping, the doctor who saw us ran by.I said that I wanted to come over after the IV and clarify some questions.She said she would come to us herself.Unfortunately, that was our last conversation.After the IV, I was told that the doctor was busy)))But they offered to make an appointment with her the next day)))Unfortunately, it wasn't the doctor who interpreted the blood test for me, but the woman who put us on an IV.🤦Dear clinic, for the price I paid, I would like to immediately resolve all issues with the doctor and ensure that the treatment complies with the recommendations, and not instead of 50 ml(as prescribed by the doctor), they put 38 ml.Who is there to save on, poor animals?!?!

With a kitty (5 years old), we were observed by Minsk doctors, we went to the New York clinic for oxygen every day, I would never have gone to this clinic in my life, but only they have an oxygen chamber in our city, because 3 years ago they experimented on our kitty for a couple of months instead of to admit that they are powerless (by contacting Minsk, we were diagnosed with a common allergy).
Having brought the kitty for oxygen on 09/14/24 at 8:00, she was getting worse every minute (she usually felt better in the cell after 15 minutes), I asked the administrator (the only human soul in this clinic) for the doctor to examine the kitty, she said that the doctor had a tight appointment, but she would ask her to We should come over. By 09.00, the kitty had an attack, I began to beg in tears for the doctor to come up, only the nurse and the administrator ran up to us, gave an injection, measured the temperature (35.0), the nurse said that the kitty was dying. I was in tears all the time, I asked to call a doctor to resuscitate the baby, they told me: the doctor will come in 20 minutes, then in 5 minutes - neither in 20 minutes, nor in 5, nor even after more than an hour, the doctor did not come to the kitty. Although she periodically came into the room where we were and left.
I also want to mention the nurse who tried to help the cat, but at the same time told me 3 times that she couldn't inject the cat with anything other than a diuretic, she also asked why we didn't go to the clinic where we were being monitored, although she saw that without oxygen we wouldn't have taken the cat anywhere.
When I realized that the doctor would not come to us, I called my doctor, who said that it was urgently necessary to inject some kind of injection, but they told us that such an injection in the clinic was over. Then our doctor said that we would not save her if they did not immediately perform intensive care in this clinic, and it would be better, in order not to torment the baby, to agree to euthanasia.
I just begged the doctor to come over, my mother made a scandal, as a result, when we realized from their words and behavior THAT THEY DID NOT WANT AND REFUSED TO HELP US BECAUSE WE WERE BEING MONITORED IN ANOTHER CLINIC, we decided not to torture the cat and agree to euthanasia. AND ATTENTION, they also ran out of euthanasia products yesterday)))
We did not save kitty Knopa, I express my great "gratitude" for every inactivity of this clinic.
