The cat's third eyelid fell out, this has already happened, a feature of the breed, doctors in other clinics had no problems setting it back in a couple of seconds and everything was fine with the cat. I came to this clinic for an appointment, not only was I ALONE in the queue, I waited an hour! The cat and I are stressed. They call, they look, they say that it can't be that it was set earlier, only the operation will help here, I'm shocked, they said that they don't have painkillers to instill my eyes, and that they don't know how it was set for me. That is, the qualifications of these doctors are enough for the operations they carry out there, but no one can fix the eyelid. What are you going to write us a complaint here, for the fact that we have nothing and we don't know how to do anything, Go across the street to the clinic there and fix it! Just a nightmare. The poor cat was only made to stress. I don't advise anyone to come here, you'd better pay money for normal doctors.

A terrible attitude. On 17.10.2021 at 16.45 we went to this clinic, the puppy had to have one baby tooth removed, because the gum was inflamed. Doctor Svetlova refused admission, referring to the fact that it should be done by appointment, and she has a lot of work (paper, as she said). Although there were no visitors at the clinic at the moment. After that, we will not contact this clinic.

Three times I was "lucky" to get to see him with a cat, and three times my cat and I were dissatisfied. The third time, my patience ran out and I stopped going there for veterinary help for my cat.
