The clinic is small, but quite comfortable. There is an operating room, an examination room, and a waiting room. Laboratory tests are carried out. Doctors are polite, competent, and friendly to animals. They work fast. It is possible to call a doctor to carry out procedures at home - bandages, injections, ivs, treatments and it is very convenient. There is an online pet consultation and this is also a plus when it is not possible to transport the animal to the clinic for examination.
They saved several of my pets - for which all the staff and Dr. Ramadan himself are very grateful.
I recommend. An excellent doctor has assembled a competent team of like-minded people, the clinic is well equipped, very clean, and most importantly, they provide emergency care and rescue animals at any time of the day or night! No matter how you drive by, the clinic is open. Very convenient. I recommend it!
Terrible clinic! Disgusting attitude! I do not advise you to bring your pets here. I brought the dog here after another equally unsuccessful clinic in which we were treated for a month for an incorrect diagnosis. I was hoping that they would help us here, but in vain. Despite the fact that I shared my feelings and said that something was bothering the dog in the nose and it seemed to me that the problem was there, we were given a second incorrect diagnosis - heart failure. On the 5th day of treatment, my dog lost his eyesight. And when I called the doctor in a panic and tearfully begged for help, the answer was haughty- "Well, I can only assume an MRI scan here," They came for an MRI scan, and then he noticed an inflammatory process in his nose. Amazing, isn't it? Why couldn't you have noticed it earlier? It turns out that you need to remove the inflammation first, and then an MRI scan. More injections. And after completely ignoring it, the doctor just stopped responding to me. In another adequate clinic, they immediately realized that the dog had something in its nose, and after the tests they made an accurate diagnosis - a tumor in the nasopharynx. And imagine, we have an absolutely healthy heart!!! We urgently went to Almaty for an operation, an operation that he did not survive. If it weren't for people like you, my dog would still be alive!
Excellent doctors. They are treated professionally. I sterilized the cat here, and then I treated it right there for phip. Everything is very high-level. I strongly recommend it.
A terrible clinic, the vaccination of the cat and the cat was wrong from the very beginning, the cat was left for castration, so apparently they didn't give the injection, but he picked up the virus and spent a lot of money to cure it. I DO NOT ADVISE CONTACTING THEM IN ANY CASE!
Excellent clinic. Ramadan is a doctor from God. Damn, if only everyone treated their work with soul and responsibility like that. The service is at the highest level, which many veterinary clinics can envy. Thank you for such an attitude towards both the owners and their pets. I advise you 100% that no one will regret it
Cool clinic, friendly staff, Dr. Ramadan himself is very attentive and positive, the clinic is clean, everything is sterile, convenient location. Guys, all the best!!!
An extremely good clinic, they helped cure the kitten of Phip, they take on difficult cases, in two other clinics they were discharged not at all on business, the kitten almost died from this. The cost is slightly above the average in my area, but it's worth it.
The most important thing here is that the doctor himself is a very experienced and very kind person, he helps everyone, tries to do good even in an animal. I am very grateful to this person, he helped me very much
One of the best doctors, loves animals very much, the prices are reasonable, when you call, they immediately pick up the phone and explain from and to.
It's a great clinic, I've taken my cat there more than once. An energetic veterinarian who will help in any situation, no matter how difficult it would be
In the morning, I made an appointment with the doctor to put the dog to sleep. He warned me, the dog was suffering, he said he would arrive for lunch. But then he didn't pick up the phone.
