The clinic looks great, good expensive repairs, as well as the prices. Doctors seem to treat animals normally, but I certainly don't recommend an oncologist there. We only come here to do tests that can't be done anywhere else. But it's not very pleasant, they just look at you like a purse. They did a CT scan, I asked how much it cost, they told me the cost without contrast and anesthesia, I don't know how to do it without anesthesia, but they didn't tell me that it counted separately. A second CT scan was done after 4 months, and the price was raised by 25%.

We applied to the Central Bank sometime in early November of the 24th year. We have two cats: a 5-year-old cat and a 7-year-old cat, who have not undergone any qualitative examination in their entire lives. The first thing they asked for was an examination of the cat: after eating, he had frequent vomiting. Before that, we applied to various veterinary clinics with the hope of a full examination, but the maximum we could count on was an external examination of the pet with the prescription of any pills for the gastrointestinal tract. None of the earlier diagnoses were based on the tests they had received, and the cat was getting worse. When we first contacted the Central Medical Center, we were sent for a full examination: a blood test, ultrasound of the abdominal and thoracic regions, fluorography, and all with a subsequent and very accurate explanation of the results obtained. After examination, the cat was found to have numerous lesions in the liver and spleen. The oncologist approached our situation very responsibly. Instead of immediately deciding on surgery or chemotherapy, we were referred for additional tests (including liver histology). As a result, after numerous studies, the diagnosis was made based on all the analyses. The cat was found to have numerous cysts (no longer cancer, which is very encouraging) and we were prescribed a course of treatment and told that the cat would live happily ever after! Already knowing about the shelter, which specialists work in this center and how responsibly they treat their work, we brought our second cat here. She lost her appetite after moving to a new apartment. We assumed that it was stress-related, but her condition began to deteriorate dramatically. Without hesitation, we took the cat for an examination. As a result, a virus was discovered, which, most likely, she had had since birth. The cat was immediately taken to the hospital and prescribed a course of treatment. She's still there now, but I'm confident in the specialists working at CVM and I know she's in good hands.
To summarize, I want to say that all the employees working here are highly qualified specialists and have all the necessary equipment at their disposal. Yes, it may seem to some that the price tag here is quite high, but this is justified by the level of services that the guys provide.

I want people to understand why everything is so bad.
The pet's name is Sima, a Bengali cat who lived with us for 9 years, gave birth to two litters of 4-6 kittens and walked a long way with us. Assessing the condition of the cat: she was active, jumping, playing, but her appetite was gone. She ate meat steadily, hadn't eaten dry food for a week, and it was noticeable that the cat was losing weight.
We decided to send her to this clinic, focusing on reviews and proximity to home. The girl examined the cat and made a preliminary diagnosis — acute pancreatitis. She said that the cat should be left in the hospital, pumped, and in the morning doctors will prescribe treatment after tests. At first glance, everything seemed logical.
The next day, the veterinarian needed additional diagnostic procedures (X-ray, ultrasound, tests for various viruses). Okay, we agree. Accordingly, the amount was getting bigger and bigger every day. (We agree, the main thing is to get our Sim out!)
Every day we had an ultrasound, biochemistry, and the doctors noted from the dynamics of the tests and ultrasound that the cat's condition was supposedly improving. They said they were feeding her through a catheter and gradually increasing the doses. They also explained that after discharge, you will need to be monitored every three days. But despite all these measures, the cat was getting worse.
They prescribed a lot of incomprehensible procedures and tests, but there was no sense. Realizing that they could not cope, the doctors decided that an operation was required to find out what was going on. The cat suffered for 5 days, and eventually developed pancreatic necrosis, when there was nothing to be done. The cat died on the operating table.
After that, we requested the cost of each manipulation and the surgeon's opinion. They just stopped paying attention to us, although we honestly paid for each procedure (the total amount came out to about $ 1000) all checks and evidence are available!

They are bred for useless ivs and for a hospital.
Ultrasound and radiologist generally need to count. They wrote something that does not exist in any way, they rechecked it in two other centers, and it turned out to be a completely different picture.

They applied for endoscopic sterilization of the cat. Many thanks to the surgeon N.S. Samborskaya. I explained everything in detail, guided by possible options for the operation and the price. The doctor patiently answered all the questions. The statement also describes everything in detail about the observation of the animal after surgery. After the treatment, the doctor was in touch. We didn't need a doctor's help, the cat felt great.
The clinic itself is very beautiful, a comfortable waiting area, there is a coffee machine.One of the disadvantages is the service component.
The call center does not know prices, addresses, dates, etc. at all. During the recording, they did not give recommendations on preparation before the operation. The receptionists at the reception do not have any, they answer questions reluctantly. After the operation, there were no blankets in the store, which is strange, considering how many operations are carried out. We had to travel several places (with a cat after surgery on our hands) to find a suitable one, again, we did not immediately orient what size was needed, they said the smallest (it turned out to be a stretchable concept).
Considering that the price in the clinic is above average, you can show loyalty to your customers and be a little more attentive.

Nikita did it quickly, accurately, very carefully. The hand is light, everything healed very quickly. Our friend is running again and feels good. Repeat appointment in 3 weeks, we arrived exactly 3 weeks later, there is no doctor! It's called: "come back tomorrow," so they could have immediately said that it would be necessary to clarify whether the doctor would be there or not.
At the reception, they talk to you as if you came to beg, the word politeness is not familiar to them!
From now on, we will avoid it!

Treatment: very effective, the right spray (this greatly facilitated the treatment and the result is visible on the third day), the calculated dose of the drug taking into account the weight of the animal (as it turned out, this was not done correctly in the CVM, the lost time was 3 weeks).
A repeat appointment was scheduled after 2 weeks. But I can immediately say that the prescribed treatment is working and I think in two weeks my baby will be healthy. A polite doctor who explained everything and immediately warned that before the appointment it was better to call and clarify whether she would work that day or not.
At the reception, again, a pleasant person to talk to, they were very kind, it disposes.

Its services are very expensive, however, not from scratch. This does not mean that other clinics are much worse, it's just better here. Interior, care, attitude to the animal. Those of us who have a deep love for pets share the opinion that you do not need to go to only one clinic, advise it to everyone, and cut off the "oxygen" for the rest, so I will not. Veterinary medicine in our country is not a popular profession at all, especially focused on cats and dogs. The people working in it should be appreciated and supported. A very bad clinic. More like a horse factory. Rude and boorish staff, up to the management, ignorant doctors, for 3 years of our walking did not make a single correct diagnosis, skillfully brought all the sores to a chronic or incurable form. It's good that we escaped in time, and saved the lives of at least two of our dogs from their *treatment*. On a 7-year-old dog, their head doctor generally gave up, like what do you want from me, old dog, get ready, medicine is powerless. He is now 14.5, ttt. The laboratory issues completely left-wing analyses incompatible with life, and deciphers them as *everything is fine* 🤦🏻♀️ no one is responsible for anything and will never admit mistakes. The hospital is worse than in trapping (animal treatment too), but it stands like the Ritz-Carlton on the seashore. We don't go there with a single paw anymore and we don't advise others!
