Rude and boorish staff, up to the management, ignorant doctors, for 3 years of our walking did not make a single correct diagnosis, skillfully brought all the sores to a chronic or incurable form. It's good that we escaped in time, and saved the lives of at least two of our dogs from their *treatment*. On a 7-year-old dog, their head doctor generally gave up, like what do you want from me, old dog, get ready, medicine is powerless. He is now 14.5, ttt. The laboratory issues completely left-wing analyses incompatible with life, and deciphers them as *everything is fine* 🤦🏻♀️ no one is responsible for anything and will never admit mistakes. The hospital is worse than in trapping (animal treatment too), but it stands like the Ritz-Carlton on the seashore. We don't go there with a single paw anymore and we don't advise others!

They only charge money, and they haven't made the right diagnosis. Plus, when leaving, they began to offer to stay and a discount. Upon receiving the refusal, they said that the pet would die. He didn't die. And you have a fat minus. You do not work for quality, but for quantity! First of all, it should be treated as a patient, not as a client. This is not a bar or a store. For many, a pet is part of the family.

Today was the first time we visited this department of the Central Computer. We usually go to the branch in the Mountain Giant. An oatmeal got into the dog's ear. I admired the cleanliness and benevolence of the staff. We have already once encountered another well-known clinic that claims to be the first in the city, where a dermatologist (unfortunately, a free appointment at the Central Medical Center was only a week later, and the dog complained a lot of pain) did not even have a serviceable tool to see oatmeal and treated us for 2 weeks from otitis media with allergies! The removal took place without complications, as many as 2 pieces were pulled out of one ear canal. Thanks to the anesthesiologist and Timur Karimovich Kayumov, who, despite their youth, showed their high professionalism. Our big-eared family member is waving his tail at them!
I don't know how the doctors were there, they seemed to be doing something, they seemed to be taking measures, but no one understood what the dog died of...
We came for one analysis. But in parallel, we were forced to make 2 more. And provided that the prices here are much higher than in other clinics, it cost us a considerable amount.
