An ultrasound cleaning of the dog's teeth was performed in this clinic. Everything went great (although I was very worried). Nice doctors, after the procedure, even posted a video on Viber that the dog had recovered from anesthesia and everything was fine! Very good prices!!!

The cat was sterilized in March 2022. As a result, the outer seam parted first (assistance was provided to the cat in a 24-hour clinic). After 2 days, the inner seam parted. They rescued the cat in the nearest state clinic (they had an emergency operation, the doctor cleaned everything, sewed it up again inside and out, 2 weeks of antibiotics). It turned out that initially low-quality threads were used. The doctor doing the surgery said that just touch the seam and it all burst. This is the first such case in his practice! I called the Vet clinic, they dumped photos with split seams - there was zero reaction! They are not interested in the fact that the cat almost died as a result of their surgical intervention! If your pet is dear to you, do not contact this clinic in any case.

How and what to treat today is not difficult to read on the Internet, but not every veterinarian is able to make the correct diagnosis. After all, the animal will not tell you what it hurts. We would like to express our gratitude to the Veteta clinic and personally to its director Sergey Mikhailovich Isachenko for the human attitude and high professionalism. The doctors of the clinic helped us cope with a rather difficult situation: it was necessary to castrate the cat, for whom general anesthesia was dangerous. While in all other clinics that we applied to, there was no way to perform a safe operation, and general anesthesia was always offered, despite the risks. At the moment, the cat feels fine, we plan to continue contacting the clinic if necessary.

I will throw my stone into the garden of twisted praise reviews—we were at the reception with the problem of frequent urination in the cat, respectively, an ultrasound was done (in the dark, which, as an inexperienced person, caused me to think that it was necessary), which revealed nothing suspicious in the bladder and kidneys (except for a small cyst, which neither what does not affect), well, we take a urine test that reveals an increased content of struvites (salts) and blood sediment, against this background, an anesthetic and an antibiotic are prescribed, because there are no problems with salts in the tests (sarcasm), after a few days the cat stopped urinating completely called the clinic again and is very glad that the phone they did not raise it (which also suggests certain thoughts). As a result, due to incompetent treatment, the cat has acute urinary retention, which means death without surgical intervention during the day. We turned to another clinic, where, as ultrasound showed, the urinary tract was clogged with sand, and there were several stones up to 4 millimeters in the kidneys, as the "experts" saw that everything was absolutely fine — I can't imagine.
I would really like to see the answer to this review, as qualified "specialists" could not see on ultrasound what I, a person without appropriate education, saw with the naked eye, and what led to wild complications in my pet.
I highly recommend not contacting this "institution".

I think my wife and I were very lucky when we found out about Sergei Mikhailovich!He saved our dog from certain death. Before that, we traveled to many different veterinary clinics., starting from the state and ending with the SAS animal in Kozlov Lane (I would not advise the enemy to contact this SAS Animal!).They made smart faces everywhere and surrounded them with a dense cloud of care, but...It was of no use. SANITARY and HYGIENIC RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED!!!
The pet was operated on and after the stitches festered. And then it turned out that we had been infected with a dangerous virus.
The clinic allegedly does not see its fault and refuses to help and take responsibility for what happened!!!
The pet died because of their fault!!!
